    I can listen to Brandon speak for hours. The guy is such a wealth of knowledge. Brandon Rust, Jeremy Silva from BuildaSoil and Josh from BioAg are my go to educators for all things cannabis. All of them have helped my garden immensely

      Yes I agree, also would like to add Clackamas Coot for the win.

      @@willcash16 Well that goes without saying for sure but that was sort of implied with Silva as Coot seems to be his biggest influence but Coot is one of them for sure but he hasn't been on any podcasts lately. Hope he's doing well.

      He got tired of the current culture. He sees the change and doesn't care for it, therefore has withdrawn. I think much of it is taking others work and not giving credit. That's where respect lies. Lots of stuff is all the same with someones damn name brand on it instead of the diversity we use to have because it has become an industry. We build ourselves through knowledge from the past. That's being lost. Value those before us, they worked their lives and sacrificed so much to keep strains around that seams to have been lost because their not "fire".
      Here's hoping the trendy hipsterness stops. Diversity is the spice of life.

    I've listened to brandon speak a few times and I'm always impressed. I guess it's about time i check out his products and give him some support in return. As far as Dr Faust saying to stop using fulvic acid at week 3, i've always used it until the last 2 weeks or so and have consistently had high cannabinoid levels.

    I make a spectacular silicic acid solution by weathering a no longer available product called "Recycle Sil" which was made from rice hulls. I do the weathering with a tea snake bubbler in a five gallon bucket of RO water. Because the Recycle Sil is 99% silica, the resulting approx 85 PPM after particulates have settled out is nearly 100% silicic acid. I chelate with plant derived fulvic acid and both spray and water with my secret weapon. It's good for IPM AND it's structural, cutting down on staking and tying up for support at the end of flower. Even though Recycle Sil is no longer available my process would probably work with other high silica materials.

      there is a concoction the late Hugh Lovel recommended - of borax or boric acid + burnt rice hull - simmer in so many liters of water and later strained of course - dilute portions drenched weekly or every 2 weeks. wonderful to mix it with calcium acetate for calcium uptake...blessings

    • @urbandjin
      @urbandjin 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@paulbraga4460 Interesting. I am wary of borax because of the sodium content, especially since I use kelp and fish products that also have significant sodium, but I'd be interested if I didn't already have a process that is working spectacularly. There is no sodium in boric acid which is safe as milk--unless you use too much. Borax has that same overdose concern AND the sodium problem. I've been experimenting with calcium lactate lately. So far it's impressive. It doesn't raise pH aggressively like garden lime and doesn't throw off the calcium/magnesium ratio like dolomite can.

    I used to use recharge and it made the plants happy, but it stained my soil so I wondered if it was lots of black strap in it. Not being certified, not that omri is king, but is atleast being tested and held to a standard. So I switched to mikrobs microbial superpack, pretty much omri recharge. I have way better experience with it, but anyone have any further knowledge on this product?

      It's an ideal that few sick politicians love, and wish to replicate. They took much from the education system. They increased the cost of secondary education, and gave an advantage to "minorities" through funding from those who are native to this land. No one looks at or questions this? But hey let's argue, that will solve things. Be good to each other, we're in this together!!

    Hey @Humbulla93 ty for the advice (in the live) on where to get some Humic acid liquid but unfortunately they do not deliver to the UK due to the fact our absurd government's "decision" to make ppl vote on Brexit 🙄 hey funny enough I'm Apolitical but still we either way it was a lose lose situation. Anyways luckily I found a few places here that sell some 😎✌🏼💚

      Germany has humic acid . You can combine it with whatever the big companies are using to make they're claimed secret potions. Buying the fine powdered form is often way cheaper than paying for liquid.

    Brandon, I would like to know how this would work through blu mat drip tape. Blu mats do not water through the ceramic carrot. I have a feeling it would cause a bio film inside the tape. And continuously moving water would probably cause watering issues, through drip tape. Hopefully I'm wrong.
