This has to be one of the most impressive beatdowns I've seen, not only was the score impressive but USC absolutely mauled a damn good Arkansas team like they were an FCS team that was scheduled for a tuneup game. And they did it on the road. Had the playoffs been a thing at the time, USC at the end of 2006 was IMO the best team that year, but there's no way to know.

UGA has 0 competition in the East. Garbage subdivision. Back then in the Carroll era no SEC team could hold USC’s jock strap.

This is why USC was levels above Alabama during its day. They literally played anyone/anywhere!, they played at Arkansas, Ohio State etc... Not like Alabama that only play 8 conference games, then plays an Austin Peavy in NOV. Sabans tide would get destroyed by Carrols Trojans anyday!

If powdrell doesn't get hurt vs Nebraska, I think USC wins the NC in 2006. Kid was awesome and could do everything.
