I live here. Safe, clean, and beautiful. The cost of living is high here. Affordable housing is needed in Viera. There are beautiful large homes here owned by LLC’s that sit empty so that investors earn Hugh profits. Many homes sit empty in the summer while snowbirds head North to their primary properties. Subdivision companies are building homes 90 to 120 days with the final product producing unforeseen problems. The men building the homes work hard but many are learning on the job. Beware.
Viera is a nice community but sad part is they’re trying really hard to make it seem like Miami/big city Orlando but did you ever notice he never put in Cocoa Village
No it’s not,🙄 It’s just more expensive. Other than that Bavarde county is Bavarde county. You can get the same stuff in Coco just like you can in Rocklage, but the most expensive place that is super overrated is Cocoa Beach. Our water is not crystal clear blue that people like to think it is in the commercials. Viera is just know a new built up complex that more than likely specially from construction workers I’ve heard from. likely is not hurricane protected. So when a hurricane comes you’re most likely going to have to be Number one on the evacuated List. Even if it is just a category 2. So welcome to the county 😉
