Beautiful ! I think there are new D R Horton homes being built off 95 maybe by Ellis rd area ? I heard they are doing a lot west of 95. I would love to see what’s going on there as well as see Viera continue to build. Great videos ! Thx !
Thanks for the feedback! I think there’s 2 new developments going in right there. They’re still a ways out last time I was there they were still moving dirt around.
So we were out showing some homes in St John’s Preserve today and I went by to check on the the new DR community called Heritage Lakes. Very nice water views and gorgeous landscape package throughout the community I think it’s going to be a very nice community when it’s complete. They’ve already sold a lot of the water front lots but have more releasing soon
I’ve heard Pangea Park will offer the same duplexes now offered at Avalonia. Do you know anything about that? Also, are builders still increasing their prices in Viera or has it stabilized?

All the new building they have done on Pineda has brought down the property values of the original subdivision that was there. Not sure if its Pineda Crossing or not but they extended and widened the road and jam packed it full of subdivisions and cars that fly right by the homes of those residents. Viera is a high classed Melbourne. The city loves all of those tax dollars but took away the charm of that area. They did the same thing as AIA. You used to be able to see the beach from A1A but now you would never know the ocean is even there. Im not on a rant but I think they saw tax dollars and never thought their way how to properly plan for the area to be developed to keep the quality of life similar to what it was. Also with all the new development, the Indian River is now dying off. There are less and less manatees and dolphins due to all the fertilizer being sent down to the river. Its never going to be same.
Go by any of the schools on school days in Viera, the traffic is a joke. Cars parked all over the grass and on the sidewalks. People that live in neighbors near these schools are trapped by parked traffic on the roadways. The Duda company had poor planning on traffic and lets talk about parking. Very little parking on streets and I have seen people parking cars on their front lawns. Cars speed everywhere and very little enforcement done. Now RV are allowed to be parked on streets in Viera to be washed and maintained.
I still don’t understand after all these years of building schools why they don’t put in “waiting lanes” for everyone waiting for dismissal. I can understand why the older schools don’t have them but I don’t get it with the newer ones. Traffic is bad around all the schools in the county during those hours. Wish they had a better way to manage the traffic

It's as flat as the Nullarbor Plain but a bit greener and wet. And some trees. Ain't no trees on the Nulla.😢
Don’t know much about the Nullarbor Plain…. but Florida, in general, is very flat 🌴🌊

Too sterile and clean. The sameness is boring to me.
