There have been hurricanes in Florida every year for thousands of years and the eco systems always recover just fine. If you want to worry about the dangers of eco systems here, its the over population of man and commercial development running wild.
not gonna lie I live pretty nearby. They mostly don't affect us except for shutting down the schools and stores for when the hurricane comes. If it's above level three, we might have a problem but we and the ecosystem is usually fine.
Sadly, many of the beach's, from the recent hurricanes, not just around Sanibel, and Fort Myers this year but also on the east coast have suffered major erosion. Some are still in great shape, like around Clearwater, but many aren't. Just a heads up !
Thanks for the heads up. I hear another hurricane might be on its way..... Hope you are settled in for winter. We are expecting some snow this weekend......bummer. Leafs are off to a rough spot this year.......going to be another long frustrating year. Thank you for watching and keep your eyes open for the gators....YIKES!!!!
The weirdest thing is that some people love Melbourne, Florida because it's not Sydney, Florida. The mutual dislike is due to folk memories whose origins are lost to the distant past.
You are MISTAKEN! Very little of that is Melbourne. You are correct in stating it is BRE VARD County but you've shown Melbourne Beach, Indialantic, Sattelite Beach, Viera None of which is Melbourne other than old downtown area. Research helps. The city of Melbourne does not cross the causeway onto the barrier island.

@@leonardsheatravel Snow in Florida?
Been there! ,by the bridge . Is a channel ,an the mantees come there, the city took my advice an made it a park ,so people can see the manatees!💜🛐
Love the manatees. Swam with them at Crystal Springs and it was awesome. How far is this from your place? Thank you for watching!
every now and then I go by the mantes thank you for making it a thing! I live pretty close by!
It’s actually Bre vard not Brev ard
Brevard is produced like this: Bre vard
0:48 I hate to say it, but it's bre- VARD (like yard)

I prefer Hallandale Beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities and a good nightlife.
😂😂😂
@@rsanchez4919 I stay by the beach it’s beautiful what’s funny about that 🤔
@Ice and flames good for you 👍
You’re not even saying Brevard right. Completely off…Ugh I can’t even watch it now.
Yep,the quaint,historic downtown.And, all the quaint,histrionic panhandlers.

It’s pronounced bre vard
Melbourne in Aus still better imo
This is a small town genius. Not a major metropolitan city. LMAO. What are you going to do next? Compare Los Angeles to Kansas?
