I be interested to see a specific law that says running bamboo is illegal to sell. Several places sell it and have been for years. I can't find anything that suggests it's illegal to sell and only thing that I saw even close only spoke of one species Phylosrachys aurea. Tecta bamboo is a native runner and not invasive and I'm pretty sure that is not illegal.
I had a beautiful bamboo clump in my backyard that was a very dark green, the hurricane destroyed it and I want to put new starters on my empty lots. Do you have a variety that grows 35 ft tall really thick and stays dark dark green?

i kollect rare plantz i think i hav that bamboo u dont know tha name of and i waz told itz called emininsis green yellow stipe and mine has verigation on tha leeves and i lov that bamboo also it takez alot 2 impress me but u did bravo

We have a variety called 'Gold Stripe'. It has a green pole with gold stripes as the name suggests.

Correct but it is illegal to sell it.
Can the height on bamboo be contained?
It can be contained if you top it off it won't grow again. When new shoots grow top them off to at the height you desire
