As a musician it hurts me to hear you say "octaves" when the actual *pitch* of the voice barely changes 😂 but it's a very good point about the energy/tone and how detrimental that can be to rapport
These were Awesome techniques :) Can you please suggest how to Keep manage the whole data (status, remarks) of clients to since i called from Day 1. I mean sometime i think my excel format is not helping enough. 👀
Rijwan, I keep track in a CRM...there are free CRMs available that will do this...and it's searchable so I can find a word in a status or remark easily.
I always enjoy the content. If doing 60 dials an hour, how well can one actually know the client? What minimum persona info is required for high volume dials? Also, I think the goal of the call will determine the length of the call. My feeling is that in this age of clients wanting more personalisation, I think fewer quality dials will have a better impact? What are your thoughts on this ? Thx G.
