Just finished the 45 minutes plan for today. That was a pretty slow booty routine in comparison to the usual ones but I still enjoyed it for a change☺️

I’ve worked out maybe 8 times in the last 3 years(I know, horrible) the only “workout” I get is being on my feet running around at work 6+ hours 5 days a week. I did this earlier this morning for the first time and my body feels so refreshed. I know after one time you don’t see results, but the stretching helped so much.
I have been in so much pain for 2 weeks- in my back. I am a new mom so the breastfeeding takes its toll. My sister in law introduced me to you and I’ll never leave now. Thank you for this outlet ♥️

There's nothing better than to have an early morning stretch to activate the body it just prepares you for the day ahead the right way,i know many of us find it hard to get out of bed in general but I'm used to doing this from my dance training days
