    everyone struggles through life here are two quotes that kept me going:
    “ever expert was once a beginner”
    “if it doesn’t challenge u, it won’t change u”
    if u r doing workouts trying to become fit or to fill impossible beauty standards or to even feel comfortable in your body, know that you will succeed better if u take breaks and stay consistent, if ur a beginner then find a workout that is right for U and work up to your goals because if u HYPE URSELF UP instead of saying “I can’t do this” u can achieve greatness
    also little note here: umm “I can’t do it” YES U CAN it’s hard but ur not gonna die so take it slow and BELIVE IN U
    ik a lot of people won’t see this but.. just know I believe in u and u should believe in urself
    that’s all bye now remember u a 🥵

    thank you for another amazing stretching video! sadly i always have to remind myself to STRETCH! i’m really a quick person and prefer and enjoy doing HIIT so so much that i often have to force myself to slow down and relax. i’m working on it and can happily say that i’m motivated for this stretching routine! thank you Pam! xx

    I’m very slim but so unfit and my belly is gross (after giving birth) and I decided to stop moaning about it and do something.

And u can find them in her app (workouts as she said will always be free) i although recommend to pay the app to get all her healthy recipes their all amazing and she makes new recipes every week 😄
