Today i did the workout on @allblanctv and tomorrow i will do this one. The 30 min walking workout was harder than i expected but i did it without taking extra breaks. Had so much fun🎉❤
It depends on your body type, if ya mesomorph or an ectomorph. but regular exercise keeps you fit. Don't forget to add stretching and strength exercises. stamina stretch and strength are all needed for a fit body. Ab and glute routines improve posture and make exercises easier like a game changer with stronger core support. 👍happy journey
