This was my latest learning. Keeping my left foot more planted....and keeping my head fairly stationary, while the shoulders and arms wind up. It has the feeling of pushing my head forward, while my hips feel like they push back. Basically an arc from feet.....to head....with hips arched back. Everything is turning, of course....but this is what it feels like to me. Absolutely can't move head and shoulders to the rear....or it tends to result in coming over the top....and hitting thin...or chunking.
I struggle with following through as I keep the clubface square through impact. My grip is strong and I overly rotate my forearms which causes over draws. I corrected this by keeping square and trying rotate after I strike the ball - it’s just really challenging.
The resistance band is a nice touch on demonstrating the lower body stability, I had issues with the knees moving with my hip as i was turning it 👍
One of the best coaches on TH-cam! Wish you were around NYC
Excellent video❤
