I cannot emphasize how clean this figure looks and feels. Hound by far got the most love.
Ironic, the wheels that transform roll easier than the ones that don't transform 🤔

This figure does a perfect job at replicating hounds on screen appearance.
unfortunately, the character model in the cartoon was terrible and so were the proportions. But like i said, this toy captured that really well. someone’s gotta be into it tho!

I'm pretty sure the holographic figure at 5:42 is a reference to one of the very early g1 transformers episodes where Hound shows Spike a hologram of a human.

Excellent review man. One of the best MP in G1 so far, its very clean not much kibble like MP Bumblebee 2.0. This is worth a buy. I'm excited for the MP Beast Wars II Lio Convoy to be release this year.

This is one of the better or "best" masterpiece figures in my opinion.
For tight joints I usually just poke a tooth pick in some sort of vegetable or cooking oil and putting a small drop on the area. It makes the joint moveable to where it no longer fells it will break
Here to enjoy the transformation since my KO hound is too weak to survive any more haha
Breakage reports: yeah, I don't think the shin-panels snapping while it's just standing on a shelf doing nothing is from "user error" so maybe hold judgement on that..........

Comparing this figure with MP44 and 45 is no where near being a fair comparison being that they’re 3 completely different characters/designs and Hound is definitely one of the easiest ones to pull off

Apparently I got the anomaly version of Hound. Everyone says the missle launcher falls off the back. Well, not MINE! It's so well tabbed in I have to wiggle it, like 10 times, to get it loose enough to detach. Not that I'm complaining, I was going to glue it until I realized it fits almost too good. Official of KO, these figures are always, your mileage may vary! 😂😂

This guy just pushes every error about a figure away and it is really annoying. Breakage reports are not just because of ‘use error’. Also, i couldnt care less about the accessories other than the guns. Takara just fills things in to up the price.
As you could see from the review I encountered no error. It’s my job to review the figure I have in front of me and I had no problems at all

2.) It's not unreasonable to ask that a $200 figure to not explode when all I did was bend a knee or move a panel. If I have to be so scared about moving joints on a transformers toy, which is 90% joints BTW, then it's the fault of the damn mould.
@@PrimeVsPrime I feel like in your rush to review something that you don't always get to encounter breakage issues. Now while getting to see a figure 4 months ahead of when it's released is fine, it would maybe also be nice to get a follow up video maybe a month or so following the review to see if views change or if something on the figure did break or maybe if there was something hidden in the figure that you didn't notice before such as this figures butterfly joints, or MPM 6 Bumblebees second knees, or well... The SS Jet powered Primes gun made from the leftover bit of Jetfire. I know many people may find something like this to be helpful.

The right shoulder on mine is a little loose but, it's not the screw under the hood, any guesses on a fix for this?

So after all the bullshit this figure does for the spare wheel, gas can, and vehicle gun, the steering wheel just... Folds down.
There's space in the torso for it to go, and honestly it wouldn't take much more to get it to fold in there, but they just leave it sticking out of the kidney...

Seriously though this thing is $200 and it's one damn joint.
The hate MP-45 has been getting is more than well deserved. The heels and back are atrocious. They didn't even *try* to make it look nice from any angle that isn't dead center. The difference here is that on MP-47, they actually tried. *AND SUCCEEDED,* thank you very much.
Yes, it is "one damn joint." So what? It's just a steering wheel. No one gives a shit. Most Masterpiece figures don't even have a steering wheel at all, but do you see anyone complaining about that?
I hope they do a Masterpiece Devastator that would be sooooooooo cool to see a G1 accurate Devastator that can obviously be able to combine and have individual robot modes
That is legit impossible considering how Devastator looked in G1.
Nexus8846 Productions They'd have to do a Zeta Toys. But instead of a completely new torso, we'd need completely new legs, arms, and torso as well. Heck, just give us a model of Devastator that just looks G1-accurate.

I prefer the more realistic looking takes from companies like toyworld, instead of something so slavish to the cartoon model which was purposefully cheap and simplistic.
Nexus8846 Productions i got my MP-13 a few days ago, and I see what you mean. There's extra details that aren't present on the animation model, but there aren't flat panels and all either. I love it.

In this case, nobody. The folding wheels is fairly old engineering and all that's left after that is panels on hinges.
