That price is good if those utilities she said are inclusive...gas, water, garbage, water paid in with the rent...that's a $2,000 - $2,500/month here in Louisiana.

I dont understand how ppl pay the rent! Even with 2 ppl thats hard. Including all the other bills and life maintenence. I gey paid twice a month. The rent is one check. No nothing left for the remainder of the 2 weeks i gotta wait until next pay. Its horrible. The cost of living is horrible in Greenville SC. Thats where i am and right now im on every struggle to stay here. 💯 I think about going back to NC every week. Theyve went coo coo out here. And God forbid dont move nowhere downtown area. Its 2 plus 3 k and up. Im like 😮 wtf. Thats insane for an apt. To me. Besides covering your belongings, it pays for temporary housing (motel or hotel) if your apartment is damaged or destroyed due to fire. Check out some insurance companies, some offer better coverage than others.
