Thank you so much for reclaiming video. I love all your exercises. Unfortunately I could not do the squat raise. My hands on my weaker thigh did not help me to get up and in fact it felt like they were pressing my leg down. I'm recovering from a fractured pelvis in the adductor tendon area.
