Instant yeast 3g / 1tsp
Bread flour 250g / 1,3/4cup

Sea salt 2.5g / 1/2tsp
Baguette pan 38x28x3cm
Bake at 230°C / 450°F for 20-25 minutes

I made these baguettes two days ago. The dough was easy to work with. It came out beautifully. It was very crispy hours later. It was very light not heavy and reminded me of a bahn mi. It was really bland tasting for my palate but will make it again but add maybe 2 teaspoon of salt instead of 1/2 teaspoon and add maybe 1 teaspoon of sugar to give it a bit more flavor. But I love the shaping technique. This bread is perfect for people on a low salt diet.

I have only just discovered you I was in aww with your wool round, I thought I that's too hard but watching the amazing calmness of your video and very visual details you made it look so easy. Sorry this should be all about your incredibly soft,airy and crunchy Baguettes. I have not seen them done this almost like making sourdough bread. The stones you put in the oven are they made for bread baking or could I use my blind baking stones, I couldn't quite read what was on the bag. Thankyou for your beautiful calm videos...

Thanks dear your baguette is marvellous here we don't have the stones so it will be difficult to prepare it anyway I like it very much God bless you for sharing nice recipes .
it's ok without stone.just follow the steps,and don't forget to dust it with fluor BFR bake.that is the key to achieve a crispy outside and soft inside.

Hey Apron. Firstly I'd like to thank you for sharing your wonderful recipes. I love watching all of your baking videos. I tried this recipe today but my crust turned out rock hard! I wanted to understand what could I do to avoid this. Since I'm from India I also wanted to confirm the baking temperature as sometimes it tends to vary from country to country. Thanks 🖤
