Adding the honey and golden maple syrup to oil and vinegar base dressing is such a great flavor blend in itself. Salads get boring and I didn't even replant salad greens this spring after first plants died. Looking forward to planting and trying these great recipes. BTW. Golden Maple Syrup on French toast and pancakes. How can you resist. Sad that deep dark maple syrup is hard to find. Thank you Chef Ange.
