- Most low back pain is the result of an injury, such as muscle sprains or strains due to sudden movements or poor body mechanics while lifting heavy objects. Low back pain can also be the result of certain diseases, such as: cancer of the spinal cord. a ruptured or herniated disc.
Active physical therapy, which focuses on specific exercises and stretching. For most low back pain treatments, active exercise is the focus of the physical therapy program.
Here are some very easy and effective exercises for non specific LOW BACK PAIN.

Yes in supine position if patient comfortable, you can hold it for 10 seconds.

Yes they can. But if Backache is due to any disc injury then it should be avoided. Agr dard zyada ho milny k bad to is trh k masly k lye 1 bar check up zror krwana chahye.

Not able to walk after 10-15 steps.
After rest some time when I stand my body band right side and if I try to force stand straight my back to left hip to left leg heavy pain like shooting pain.
And about 20% weakness in my left leg.
Please guide me sir I am shahid khan Male/42 from India.
And weight is 88 kgs
Very very loose muscles and very loose watery fat.
Sir you should get Physiotherapy sessions from a competent Physiotherapist regularly for complete Treatment.
