    sir i have got surgery 6 yrs back
    for lowback pain stenosis
    L4L5 disc removed .support rod fixed.left leg became footdrop ankle drop .foot always with semi numbness.
    now again i feel lowback pain
    what to do.pl give me a valueble
    sugesion. i am working as a teacher.canot walk more than 500 mtrs.pl help me dr.

    Thanks sir, you shown good excercise to do . I am also patient of disk slip since last one year, started from sciatica in right leg. Now sciatica is cured, but back pain continue,. I think the sitting posture is not correct, whether special chair required or not. How time we continue sit on chair and how much time should we walk.

    Sir I have the same problem in my back tail & neck as well which one you high light in video and thi s pain is good to my left hip and left foot bone. I feel thirsty every time. I drunk a lot of water even in winter . I am allergic from the cabbage rice some lentils. I live in uk unfortunately no treatment here dr done my x ray blood test but they said nothing . My gal bladder is also removed 11 years ago my age is now 36 . Plz can you guide me ?

    At L3-4 level, there is diffuse disc bulge with mild central disc protrusion causing indentation of thecal sac, narrowing of spinal canal, bilateral lateral recesses and bilateral neural foramina with compression effects on bilateral transiting/ exiting nerve roots. Myelogram cutoff is also observed at this level. At L4-5 level, there is mild diffuse disc bulge causing indentation of thecal sac and mild narrowing of bilateral neural foramina; however, causing no compression effects on bilateral transiting / exiting nerve roots. Spinal canal is ample at this level.
