    This is the biggest and most draining one of all because of its longevity. A few minutes into the event, and it disappears completely. Its such a waste of energy.

    I experience anticipatory anxiety 'Ill stutter' resulting in panic which results in choosing to stop moving my tongue. Any tips to deal with 'blaming: anticipatory fear'?

    Good content but the audio on both men is really poor. Lots of popping and stuttering. Also the interruptions (over talking) by each person was distracting. Thanks.
