    Completely agree, if someone had told me the issue was my nervous system being sensitized and there was a cure, I would have recovered much sooner. Shaan is God sent

      I suffered hard from January 2021 until about mid 2023 when I found Shaan’s videos and also tried equine therapy with horses in my local area. And then I would say from late 2023 I really got better at not fighting the symptoms and I’m about 90% recovered now and every day it gets better. If I continue in this path I project to be back to normal and actually even better by August. So total 3.5 years but only 1.5 years after finding his videos and less than a year after actually applying what I learned

      @@jenniferlee9029 it’s very hard but I actually did things that I knew would trigger me, like drinking caffeine, just so I could go through the wave of panic:anxiety and then would tell myself “ you been here before and nothing happened to you, and after you get over this one you will be even stronger “ then just proceed to try to continue to work, or relax and carry on bau. Overtime your brain will recognize like oh she didn’t even react so everything was OK, No need to trigger up the alarm next time.

    She is absolutely incorrect in calling meditation and yoga bullshits...They teach the same thing Shaan teaches, to notice what's happening when you feel anxious or panicky, and to move on, keep doing what you are doing, without giving in to the uncomfortable, scary feelings. I completely overcame anxiety and panic with this technique and daily meditation and yoga. The fact that she had a wonderful result through his membership doesn't mean she should belittle other methods, because they work for many people.Once you learn not to get swept in the waves of anxiety or panic, you are healed. I overcame crippling driving anxiety and situational anxiety/panic using daily meditation and yoga. I last had a light episode several months ago. So there is that.

      @@kendraharold7797 Just tell yourself the panic attack/anxiety attack is nothing, and it takes its power away. I do not have any of those anymore, and I stopped them by just literally telling myself at symptoms onset that I did not give a damn about it. Or I'd say, "Bring it on! Bring it on!" It works. Get into that minset to heal.

    Shaan i just have to say how grateful i am finding your videos. Ive been struggling for a year and you completely changed my mindset.
    I could not even type the word anxiety on youtube before without panicking and now im able to watch anything, read books, listen to anxiety stories while driving, at work. All because you changed my mindset from being scared of feeling anxious to welcoming it and just dont care. Still ways to go but im positive this will change me to be better then ever

    This was a great story. With the help fo these videos and recovery stories i have been well on my way to recovery and it has been an up and down ride. Its been 1 year for me and learning about my symptoms through these videos as well as patience has been so helpful! Even for me going to a therapist was not helping at all as she did not made me aware about what i was really going through like in a step by step way. Just called it out that it was anxiety!I feel constantly that while responding through setbacks i am becoming a better version of myself and learning to accept every mistake and fails in my studies also!Anxiety maybe a harsh blow but the end or should i say the journey is profound❤. Thank you shaan for these amazing videos! You have inspired me to help other people after I recover myself

    You ARE SO FUCKING GOOD 🎉🎉Anxiety is soo bad but I want to tell you all , guys it will only get better if you stop thinking that you have anxiety!!! It is a pretty paradoxical phenomenon ! I am still doing reassurance and some disruptive habits but I have full confidence on my recovery

    Wish people knew when it gets worse during and after meds… it’s tolerance and BIND. Brain injury is no joke. Good job getting off and getting through that. ❤️

      It’s not brain injury it’s called BIND
      BENZO INDUCED PHYCOLOGICAL DAMAGE
      After tapering from klonopin and I still am I’m going through Bind. Basically your gaba receptors start to close end causes extreme brain fog and bind but it does heal after time . I’m one of the people going though it and your brain will heal from bone just longer then anxiety regularly because of tapering off a controlled substance. Shaan said in one of his old videos he took klonopin so he healed from it so it means you can heal benzos or not

    Same I went to all this doctors Psychologist said u have health anxiety for me symptoms of impending doom r fun 🙂
    So I searched on You Tube and u explained what was happening
    So every time it was intense I go and watch videos and I was saying ok Its anxiety I can fight this.

    I was like that oh my god i will be for ever in this state of fear and anxiety and everyone around me just said mahan let go but nobody tells you how to let go why is this thing happening but shaan described it very well and since i saw this videos im kinda getting better and better and after some years im getting back to just feel normal tnx for the efforts and i pray god you can continue this videos and mentorship to show that anxiety can be healed ❤❤

    Their each words are appropriate and accurate.... Now i came to know that my nervous system is sensitized, it is the reason which makes me feel anxious and panic ...even my physical symptoms (whatever) are according to it... so I am relaxed now as I know Insha'ALLAH I will be fine one day in near future... With the help of Shaan's videos and by blessings of Almighty I am recovering 1% everyday (yes for normals 1%is nothing but for sensitized ones it is like new birth everyday)... Thanks to Almighty and Thank you Shaan for such real incredible help and mentorship...💐🙏😊

    I have a lot of good days but then get these intrusive thoughts that it will come back and get bad again. I’m learning how to talk to myself now and reassure myself that I can handle uncomfortable sensations.

      This exactly. We know it will get better but we have to face the discomfort first instead of immediately pushing it away and reinforcing that idea in our mind that these feelings are dangerous. Uncomfortable for sure, but we can and will get through it and heal. 💛

    I am again facing it. Despite being on meds. It vanished away ... I felt completely normal while on meds. Starting this year I was back to normal like I used to remember why I was afraid of things there is no such symptom. But some months back it came again. And now my physical symptoms are also back. This time I know it's anxiety and it started the same way. But I'm afraid most of the time. I have anxiety disorder and OCD

    Hey Shaan! My biggest symptom is feeling like I don’t have the mental capacity/strength/energy to do something. Like I am mentally exhausted and my brain will stop working. Is this one of the anxiety symptoms? Can I throw it under the anxiety umbrella?

      Yes it's because you are tired because of all of the panic attacks and all. When you are on alert all the time you will eventually become tired.

      Dear one your nervous system is just sensitized so don't worry just let it be whatever symptoms they are definitely going to vanished not in one day but definitely one day in near future you will be amazingly fine ...just let your thoughts pass do not entertain them do not pay attention to them they are just thoughts in mind not any physical problems so be there nothing( no mental disorders or thoughts )gonna harm you no death occures... so just stick on your place the intrusive thoughts will be gone on its own...d not respond them just do your routine or other work... yes you can do it we can do it... I believe so we are with you if you hv anything to say in your heart say it to us... we are available to listen you and we concern about you... just talk to us (comment family)😊💐👍🤗

    Meditation has its own importance it helps you to make calm and helps you to find yourself and make correction with your thoughts and observe them doesnt work with you instantly means you dont have to say its bullshit! it has its own importance and works for other people. It has its own way to do and maybe you dont know proper way to meditate

    The insomnia is worse. How long can one stay sleepless and accepting it before going crazy ? 7 months now of 2-3 hours sleep night.

      When I first became sensitized insomnia was the scariest symptom because I literally went 4 days in a row without sleeping I thought I was going crazy. But as soon as I gave up trying to sleep and just said my body will sleep when it wants to, I was able to sleep again. Really knowledge about anxiety reduces your worry which hence allows you to heal as worry is the culprit of all this nonsense.

      @@Truerealism747 Yea especially when newly sensitized, constant migraines, chest pain, nausea, headaches from lack of sleep. Sometimes the sensations are hard to describe. But it’s all bc of a tired nervous system from continuous worry..u gotta reduce worry and over time (this is key!) you will heal. Once you stop and reduce worry, u will still feel these symptoms but that’s bc it takes the body time to heal. Some ppl think bc they still feel the symptoms they’re doing it wrong then go back to worrying and only sustain and prolong the issue. Give the body months to properly recover

      It seems counterintuitive but you need to just say I don't care if I sleep or not. The more you 'try' to sleep, the harder it will be. Just let go and you will fall asleep. The human body can go without sleep for a long time - think about new moms who barely get any sleep with a newborn, sometimes for months! You will be okay, I promise ❤

    Shaan I had so many symptoms it’s a nightmare biggest concern now is Migraines and this hot sensation side of head where the pain is. I have health anxiety I went to so many doctors and specialists as I was scared what is going on with me? I did MRI clear now New Doctor said did Doctors Test You for Giant Cell Arthritis I said no she did and few other different Tests now waiting for results huh scared
    Doctor Mentioned All This Could be from The vaccine? What do u guys think this could all be the reason? They poisoned us

      It is not bullshit it’s very beneficial for a person but when you’re nervous system is sensitized it’s isn’t enough to give any sort of relief and becomes more of a bandaid and coping rather then doing it for overall health. Yoga and meditation is great to get into but people who are sensitized use it as a crutch to try to escape anxiety which you can not do.

      My friend whole point is acceptance and giving importance to life,work,hobby. Your target should living life..let symptoms come and go ..one day we all gonna die so live every day .1% improvement everyday..improvement means don't focus on symptom and living life.be busy and eventually symptoms will not matter at all. Enjoy life with symptoms and eventually it will go
