Thanks Sean, very nice job! I’ve done 4 patios and it’s always an education in getting things level and then with the proper drainage slope. I do like the pattern…in my neighbourhood I see people using it in driveways. It looks good but not thrilled with the colour as any oil drips will show up over time and look grubby. I can’t imagine the care which you have to take with the gazebo… if there is one little scratch in a piece of metal, I know people would demand replacement. All this and probably pretty hot and humid conditions. Thanks!
Sean, loved the video and the pattern. I'm not one to be a safety fairy.. but damn, if that Stihl slipped, you would be down one employee 😅. I know it's cutting down... Be safe my man!
My only hold up is the edging. With the open grade base, the spikes don’t really have anything to hold on to. We switched to concrete edging. Roughly the same price but much better for the open grade
Nice patio and gazebo. You guys did a real nice job. The paver layout is nice, but I do perfer the 3 piece layout. It sounded like the gazebo was made out of metal? Just wondering what that would sound like in the rain.
I have a question, the poly sand that is used now for the joints, does it keep weeds at bay? Im going to do this or concrete patio, looking for some guidance
Are those pillars code for such a gazebo? That gazebo looks like it would rip to shreds at a lift force an order of magnitude or two less than the pullout force those footers are for.
@@srmcontracting Oh, that makes sense. You have to make them that big to get below the frost line. That makes sense. The frost line in my area isn't very deep.
At the beginning of pulling back the dirt, a hole was uncovered with an orange plastic pipe. Did that pipe get buried because it's an old, unused water pipe?
Thanks, The directions weren't clear on the bolt pattern spread but we ended up drilling holes in the anchor plate and added more anchors. Hindsight I should have opened the box and looked at the plates.
Looks great! Beautiful pavers. I love it -- all flat, no steps anywhere. The older I get, the more I appreciate no steps. 😊
I liked that look to the pavers. You did a fantastic job, just like always.
Nice looking job brother. Keep up the good work.👍🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thanks man 👍
Looks so good! love the pavers! Such a great look.
Thank you
I like that pattern it does look more modern. Great work!
Thank you
All right, you really knocking out these videos I know it’s not easy but keep up the good work. I hope your channel just keeps growing.

And the sloped roof away from house poring rain into foundation ! Now that’s thinking!
This is why I subscribe to your channel. Awesome job!
Thanks I appreciate that!

Nice work 🎉
Thank you!
Great job ❤
Thank you!
Looks great!
I swear you find a random hole in the ground on every job you do lol. Patio looks good as always.

i like the pattern but I'm not a fan of cross joints, would of preferred if all vertical lines were broken but that's just my preference
Those cutting techniques.... what could possibly go wrong lol.. looks nice tho good job
Very nice.
Thank you
Good they r careful rusing cardbrd to protect new metal Gazebo pieces to assemble
Another great video of high quality work! Would you happen to have any recommendations for contractors in the greater Boston area?
No paver sand over the 3/4 base stone? it looks great btw!
Thanks! we use 3/8" chip stone instead of the sand.
Looks great, but why didn’t you stagger the joint lines instead of just having rows?
Thank you, The customer chose the pattern out of the catalog. It's called a "linear pattern" it's suppose to have a more modern look.

Thanks, yes it's metal. It won't be too loud though since there aren't any walls to echo the sound.
Is the stone #57 and #8 ? Or something else? Thx for the video!
Patio looked great! Not a fan of the metal gazebo. Do you always you plastic edging or do you use concrete at all?
Looks beautiful!
How much did it cost you? and did you consider concrete or stamped concrete? I am currently considering pros and cons
I have a question, the poly sand that is used now for the joints, does it keep weeds at bay? Im going to do this or concrete patio, looking for some guidance
Same question :)
So, at least one of those posts are only anchored by possibly 2 bolts to the footer?? Not quite to hurricane code where live.
Are those pillars code for such a gazebo? That gazebo looks like it would rip to shreds at a lift force an order of magnitude or two less than the pullout force those footers are for.
All footings need to be below the frost line to meet code. But yes they are overkill for this Gazebo

what is the price of this project with assembling of this gazebo?
No wonder getting this done is so expensive. A lot of work . I need to start saving ,
👍

wow you find a cavernous space at every job!!😂
17:34 what happend there? All the measuring and only one anker bolt line up? 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ apart from that patio looks good 👍👍👍

I like the pattern. Why was there no landscape cloth put down? Just curious
Thanks, we did put down Geotextile fabric
The pole distance is so wrong. I thought Chinese workers did it.
Great job! Love the look.
