    I found your 30 Day Beginner Workout Plan on Pinterest, wrote it out on my calendar, and stuck to it. If I missed a day, I would just add it in and makeup for it. This is the most consistent I've been with a workout plan. You've structured this in such an ingenious way, making it not only easy but fun to follow. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your encouragement throughout your videos, it's like you know when I want to give up and you say "Yes you can!" and I keep going. Thank you for doing this for us!

    This has been EXACTLY the kind of work out program I've been looking for! Ive been jumping from one workout program to another, but I can't find that one program that would make me not check whether the video is about to end 🤣 Absolutely love that workouts are split by body part, and the use of weights! My heart rate was pretty high even if this isnt a cardio program! Also love that this is just 35 mins! More programs like this please 🙏🏼

    Have been so excited to start this split strong series as I've loved doing your workouts as part of my postpartum recovery. This was a great start to your program and didn't disappoint!     I have done this work out so many times over the years but I have not done it in a very long time and I was quickly humbled but how hard this was for me trying to use the weight that I feel I could manage … such an effective workout on your channel! I love the constant tension on the muslces being worked I truly see and feel results on this one!

    This is amazing 🙌🏽 I had to take a break from weights (I struggle w/ adrenal fatigue) for a month due to renovating our house. I did Pilates for gentle movement while I was doing that and today I felt strong enough to start back up w/ weights. Love your programs and teaching style!     So excited to start this tomorrow morning!i just took the weekend off to rest and recharge for the entire week ! Thank you for all the amazing workouts! I really owe you a big one for helping me in my postpartum journey, as i become stronger each day.     This was great, thank you. I did it when Split Strong came out, and today as part of the 3-Day workout. I dint recall what dbs I used originally, but today started with the 15s with you, then moved up to the 20s and 1, 25lb. I feel accomplished, and luckily, not too sore yet, which is good as tomorrow is a hilly 10kTuesday.

    At age 47, 32 surgeries in the lower lady parts, an ileostomy, and in the end of an early menopause.. I REALLY appreciate the cool down and stretching! My husband and I come from the taebo world but we’re sooo grateful we found you! Honestly we exercise for pure vanity reasons 😂🥴 and you really are helping us find our confidence again.. can’t keep it steamy if we both feel gross! So thank you!!🙏🏽😉

    THANK YOU for terrific workouts. Your verbal instructions guide me through so I don’t injure my body. I am 71 & have found that strength training is truly a lifesaver. It helped me recover from three major abdominal surgeries late in life.

    It’s been a few years since I’ve come back to this program. I’m almost certain I used 12 pound dumbbells for the back flys when it first came out. Today I used my 20s!!! Credit to your workouts. Consistency compounds!

    Just discovered you yesterday and I'm so grateful I did! I've been looking for workout plans/calendars instead of jumping from one workout to the other! This workout was amazing! I love how thorough you are in explaining all the moves and what body parts they're working! I can't wait for Day 2!

    Im excited to follow these, they don’t require gym equipment that I’ve never used before their all dumbbell wise which I love it so shy to use the machine I don’t know how to incorporate them in workouts and I honestly need a teacher to guide me because I am clueless and I can’t remember Exercises off the top of my head all I know is squat run push-ups 🥺❤️ I am absolutely new to attempting to do it alone, I did CrossFit for a while but stopped

    Heard you on the Run To The Top podcast. Did my first workout today. I knew that I had been neglecting my body for a while, but was shocked (not shocked) with how tight, unbalanced, and deconditioned I have become (hello 50). Thank-you for the workout and motivation. It won't be overnight, but I am excited to have finally made it to the starting line ☺️

    I think this is my favorite workout in the Splitstrong plan! Did this whole workout with 15's and I feel like I could do some of the exercises with a heavier weight. Exciting!
