please help. it wont go past the tutorial page for me. i cant click the start calibrate shown at 2:02. thinking wheel just spins and box is greyed out. any idea whats wrong??

I cannot get it to work. It said "Please reboot the aircraft". After reboot, it doesn't recognized the p4 again. Tried uninstalling dji software, doesn't work. Used another USB cable, doesn't work. What to do? TIA
