I also didn't quit catch what the final output hz, voltage and amperage was. Think youtube might have deleted some of your videos since some of the links have stopped working :(
Hi. Some of the videos got copyright strike due to the use of some silly background music. I was tricked to using these background music for "free". But they are only free for a short period of time and then once the TH-cam video is uploaded and get some views, the owner of the music will make a copyright claim and you either pay for the music or they get the revenue from your videos. So I deleted some of these videos and re-uploaded without those background music. I am yet to sort out which links I put on some descriptions are not working. The input voltage is variable because that ultimately adjust the kV output of the gun. The current drawn from the power supply also changes depending on the "load". If I remember correctly, it is about 1 Amp. The final output Hz to the step up transformer was set to about 16 kHz but that also changes a bit when the supply voltage is changed. Galing niyo po sir kahanga hanga po talaga. Napadpad po ako Dito dahil sa kagustuhan ko matuto magpowder coating gusto ko po Kasi irestore Yung XR200 ko hehe. Wala po Kasi marunong magpowder coat sa Lugar ko. Kaya lang parang Mahirap po gayahin gawa mo sir napakatechnical hehe. Baka pwede makabili nalang ng set up mo sir hehe. Ako naman kaya lang ako napadpad sa DIY powder coating ay dahil dun sa nire restore ko na DT125. Dahil mahilig ako sa electronics, puro naging DIY powder coating na tuloy content ko. Sa ngayon, DIY oven nalang kulang ko para ma powder coat yung buong kaha ng DT. pati yung rims at gas tank balak ko i powder coat.

I saw some people able to do with the flyback only. The high voltage cascade can generate very high voltage and yet very low current that is ideal in powder coating.
@@alexyzlorenzo2488 Kapag yung gun mo walang powder pump mahihirapan ka talaga. Kung makikita mo sa video, ang teknik kaya naabot ng powder yung mga singit ay malakas yung buga ng powder. May pwersa yung pag lipad ng powder kaya nalalampasan yung faraday area. Imagine mo kung walang pwersa yung powder didikit na yun dun sa mga kanto sa bungad ng faraday areas, hindi na makakasuot sa mga singit. Nakocontrol yun dun sa timpla ng compressed air sa pump. Isa pa mababa yung kV. Dahil mababa yung kV, maraming powder hindi dumidikit, bumabagsak lang kaya sayang, pero ganun talaga.
