I think people underestimate musicians and how being a musician helps in training your brain to deal with art. I have always had the idea that everything you do before becoming a colorist helps you become unique. So great seeing someone that has found success so recently with an artistic background. I can especially relate coming from my personal background of music and audio recording and oddly graphic design and coding. I think the mix of these types of things, gives Cam here an edge. It is a unique blend of artistry, logic ( and for musicians ) - practice and repetition training. I think this video is really inspirational for people looking for their niche. Nice one
i would looooove to see a full tutorial, on how you use Milanote from start to finish. i still havent found the right organisation tool, but your short explanations in this video got me really intrigued...

this video is rad! would love a video breaking down how you and your producers talked through and finalized the shooting schedule, or anything you learned about that process and what you would've done differently with what you learned about scheduling. can't really find anything online about scheduling principal photography. thanks!
I recently assistant edited for Dick's sporting Goods and the agency that used your Baseball film for their new big campaign launch. Just wanna say congrats been a subscriber for years so when the editor I was assisting showed me the prototype cut with your film in it I was so happy, but NEVER thought it would be kept and included in the final edit. Grateful to of been able to work with your film maybe one day I'll actually cut one of your films together fr. Keep it going Danny!
This is such a great video !!! Do you think you could please release Your Mila-Note project as a template from feature film you made for people to follow that work flow and boards? It would be awesome to have a point of reference for people who would love what you've done and incorporate that into their future projects 😊
