its a tragic blunder tbh. at this price point, it is a RE and all, but tell me, why shouldn't someone go for a kawasaki or any other brands ? is this a practical or ride-able bike or a showpiece ? thanks.
We’re all here praising or bashing the 650 twins but what most of us don’t stop to think is that, not only is this a great product from RE, but it is a goddamn motorcycle revolution for the Indian market. Remember when Airtel and other operators were fleecing us with their prices and JIo stepped in and changed everything in one night? Games like PUBG, TH-cam videos hitting 1M+ views were all possible because of this cheap affordable 4G. Same with the 650 twins priced at friggin 2.7 lakhs. Bajaj, KTM, Hero, Yamaha, Honda are on their toes.(Of course there are some people who just wont buy this because it’s Indian. I on the other hand will show my support to a job well done). When a powerless 350 gave them sleepless nights, imagine what a fan-fuckin-tastic 650 would Do to them? Ladies and gentlemen, Indian motorcycling has just been reborn! And I’m so goddamn proud an Indian brand is leading the way!
Who knew the manufacturer we've all been bashing for their outdated machines would be the one to take India into the 2-cylinder motorcycle world. Massive respect to RE and Sid. Now KTM and Bajaj are building a twin as well. This really is the start of a new era!
Lol You don't need to be that rich to own the bike. With a down payment of just 40000 rs. Your monthly emi will be just 6000 rs for a period of 5 yrs. Assuming you a decent job of atleast say 30000rs you will easily be able to afford

There's only one company that can get away making motorcycles that look vintage right from the factory. The Interceptor and the Continental GT 650 twins are a testament to the trust they've built with people who've been enjoying those good old Bullets for a century now! Hats off to Royal Enfield for bringing these motorcycles at a realistic sticker price. This means I don't have to sell my Bullet 350, my cast iron beast that I am in love with for the last 14 years. First of all can I say how much I enjoyed this video allowing us to see the 650 Interceptor away from the mad dash down a busy dual carriageway but on a trip through the Indian countryside. That's not to say some other videos were not informative or interesting even if they were in Hindi! They showed how the bike coped with different road surfaces and conditions giving me confidence of how the bike would perform here in the UK.

Great job on the bike... It's been getting alot of buzz here in the states... Some $3000 less than a triumph t100.... Only problem is availablility... But at that price Bravo to Royal Enfield and India for putting together exactly the kind of bike many people want to go back to simple, powerful enough, good looking, and sound is terrific with the stock pipes.

Dave C Not everyone ride Royal Enfield, but majority of Indians love it for its classic look. For long rides Interceptor is more suitable than continental GT.
Both the bikes have the same engine and machine bits. If you do more city commutes you will like continental GT. It’s a sportier position and the bike feels more responsive flicking through traffic. If you are more the highway rider then interceptor will give you a more relaxed seating style to knock off the miles

I knew RE had the retro design part bang on, but somehow they managed to merge that with the performance and sensibly priced equation with two beautiful machines launched together, just absolutely beautiful machines, there’s nothing like the GT in the market other than Thruxton which is way too overpriced, and the interceptor looks so good that it can undoubtedly make even a speed twin owner turn their heads…
Comparing it with its own old models is the irony. No doubt they will overcome all the flaws from their old models but comparing with 650 cc segment would be better.

I was never fan of 'RE'. still hate 'bullet'. But this one changed my mind.
Why not bullet?? It enjoys the riding man....
@@khatrichirag9306 its not comfy bro. Lots of vibration ! No pickup. When it reaches 55kmph we can't evn see any1 on rear view mirror.
Trust me, already have 1, 'jabardasti' i just went frm Dombivli to Atgaon. Was walking like Crab when i reached my farm 😅
No bro, I have Thunderbird x, there is no problem at all....
@@khatrichirag9306 aahaa...lets see, i loved this 650 though aftr test drv 😁
It's your choice, I can't do question on this....
Been waiting for this like Red Dead Redemption 2, and boy was it worth it :')
Seriously!! 650 at 2.5 lakh????? RE is just like Xiaomi of motorcycles !!!
true AF bro. Premium market is premium market.
U have to be real enthusiast to get a good understanding of what riding really is.

making of videos and the efforts are reflecting in screen are next level. i have watched many times. still not boring.
I want a long term review of this motorcycle.
This bike is kick ass.. It runs 80 to 90 kmph in 2nd gear..
Splendid camera work
r rajesh kill
#pdarmy I was waiting for this review so eagerly... Thank you for uploading the video and clearing my doubts for booking the bike... #varunpainter loved you review and was so lucky to meet you at the Rider Mania🤘🏻✌🏻. Keep it up and love your videos to the core❤️
I was thinking this bike is shit...after taking test ride...omg It is a beast...
I knew RE had the retro design part bang on, but somehow they managed to merge that with the performance and sensibly priced equation with two beautiful machines launched together, just absolutely beautiful machines, there’s nothing like the GT in the market other than Thruxton which is way too overpriced, and the interceptor looks so good that it can undoubtedly make even a speed twin owner turn their heads…
so we can complete our SAFAR without many SUFFER on this RE :)
THAT SOUND OF 650 AND YOUR ANCHORING WAS SOOO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!1

Come on PowerDrift, don't turn into T-Series
Plz give Bhuvan Bam the due credits for using his song *Safar*
Nobody does that anymore sadly
Who all noticed Buvam Bam's song 'SAFAR' in the background?? :)
Great video, the Interceptor is now in Philippines and I got to get a closer look. Enduro version anyone?
Comparing it with its own old models is the irony.
No doubt they will overcome all the flaws from their old models but comparing with 650 cc segment would be better.
0:11 Thats what she said 😶
Only 8 min 17 seconds, but feels to buy an interceptor and trip to goa. Both are presented well.
hey guys you r making awesome videos.....but we are not here to hear the music you create ....we are here to hear the music the bike creates....Pls inculde more of bikes exhaust notes....
PD reviews are made like films .. there are many others videos with exhaust notes right? :/
They have seperate video for exhaust note
#PDARMY
You guys rock.. loved your videos since inception.. Varun is super ... He has stepped in Srg's shoes and has grown exponentially..
One hell of a show..
Sagar's shoes right ?
I guess he meant sergeant
8:12 Bayko ek Bike anek 😂
ha ha yes, thats gonna be the tagline for almost all married guys from now on.
I definitely missed the practical observations in the review like the luggage carrying capacities, mileage, pillion comfort.
I'm getting this next year. Will change my 10 year apache rtr by then
Right choice, you need to let go of a bike that served you for 10years. I’d rather choose a dominar 2019 just because I need modern tech. I am not into retro stuff.
@@RahulYadav-nk6wp cool. Not a big fan of Bajaj. So getting RE for sure. Happy biking
getting more positive vibes when bhuvan bam's song starts😍😍😍😍
.
you guys are doing great by using indian artist's song
love you powerdrift #pdarmy
This is it... The truely next chapter in RE after the UCE engine
Again...best review+ BB songs 👍👍☺️
And the interceptor 650 is the best RE for now....love it😍
