      i think everyone does, its quite easy once you get the hang of it, try and do it at low speed first and slowly push it up, hold on when u trying to catch it, dont just jump n run !

    Did the HIIT routine yesterday at the gym. I felt like I was about to die from wheezing and panting... Now I feel sore but AMAZING. Awesome workout!

    Great video, and for those who can't run at high intensity at first you can run for 30 sec ( 6,7,8) and walk for 1 min (3,4,5) as you prefer. This worked for me, just be comfortable with yourself so you won't be harming yourself and your body

    This is for myself:
    Walk or 5 minutes at an incline
    Do 10 rounds of sprints,30 seconds off, 30 seconds on
    Then walk in an incline for a bit
    Sprint again run for 20 s and 10 seconds off (run faster)
    Walk again till calm

      @@DizzErrAyy69 Agree, it must be kilometers, not miles. Otherwise, 18 miles = 29 km! Don't think she's that fast but well I could be wrong... 18 km is around 12 miler per hour.

    I walk in 6 and run in 9.. I am trying intermittent fasting plus gym 5 days a week for 1.5 - 2 hours.. I loose 7 kg of weight and 4 inches of belly in 15 days.. I was 68kg and now I am 61.4kg feeling more motivated.. my target is of 52kg

    I live in the United States so we go by mph not kmph & when I saw you increase your speed on the second round of sprints I was like “there’s no way she’s about to go that fast” 😰😂

    *This is the second Treadmill friend I've owned **bestgym.equipment** t was easy to assemble and easier to fold than my last one. The controls are a lot better as well. I give it 5 stars!*

    Ive been stressed. Gained all my weight back 155 heaviest I've been. I started again to get back to 135. Depressing. I will keep going though. Taking it as a bulk and now will cut.

      I gain so much weight when I stress too! 6 lbs in about 3 weeks. But same as you I’m focusing on losing the weight and lowering my cortisol levels. You got this!

    Hey hanna what do u do for recovery? When i used to workout for 5 days a week, i just felt maxed out and exhausted and felt like my muscles and tendons werent recovering 😔 and ive been losing the energy, happiness, purpose, and motivation to go to the gym for the past month😔 thank u so much for ur last video about being unmotivated.     I love love love your videos! I follow a lot of fitness women and men and only a few gives enough information and keeps it simple enough to be effective. Some ppl do different types of workouts that sometimes are too specific for me to remember how to do properly lol

    Hi Hanna, could you please talk about how to help with soreness and stretching? One thing that I feel holds me back is my ankles and feet getting tired with exercises like the hand to elbow exercise. Is it something that can be improved?

    I did this and the first Sprint sets I did 8 speed and it went well for me but the second set I went to 10 and I managed to do 5 then I knew I wasn't gonna be able to do the other 5 at 10 speed so I dropped it to 9 for the other half, but damn that 20s on and 10s off is no joke that 10s rest goes by fast but that 20s run feels like an eternity lol

    Instead of sprinting on a treadmill, I prefer elliptical with resistance.
    1 minute slow movement, 1 minute at maximum possible speed for 15 minutes.
    Much safer and much more effective than a treadmill.

    Love sprinting love weightlifting love hiit love it altogether it really makes it come together for me when i do it all and i only train 4 times a week with a little bit of it all, ive included sprinting and push ups and i have lost 10 lbs in about 4-6 weeks

    I just started your guide n. 2 today 😍but I didn't get crazy with food this year I just rested for 5 days and had just a few extra calories from candys 😂.. But today I did not weight more I felt great while working out so maybe I really needed a little bit more rest than I usually have so I enjoyed your guide SO MUCH. I loved the first one as well but I love that this one has cardio included so it takes care of my muscles and also the heart.. LOVE from the Czech republic ❤️

    One question.... do I do the sprints on a flat or incline? I’m assuming flat but just want to be sure X

    Do you have tips to jump off the treadmill? i'm always scared to jump off... one time i fell so now i'm turning speed up and down every seconds😂😌💪

      Christine Vdmeer lmao 😂 that’s my biggest fear I always put one hand on the rail and then hop onto that same side I have my hand on and then take the other foot off. Not that you asked me but haha there you go hope it makes sense..

      There should be an “interval” button on your treadmill to slow it down to your walking pace

      Practice at a slower speed first and get used to the feeling of jumping on and off!

      You not actually jumping , use your hands to lift yourself off the treadmill then put your legs down on either side. and do the same when you get back on, lift with your hands then a few seconds before you land on the treadmill starts moving your feet to the speed of the belt then lower yourself completely down.

    1. Treadmill
    Walking/Warming up five minutes incline position
    2. Sprint for 30 seconds jump off for 30 seconds then another 30 seconds, reappear 10 times
    3. Cool down
    4. Sprinting faster 20 seconds on 10 second one off

    Damn girl.. I'm a runner and fitness enthusiast and I kill it on the treadmill each time. From time to time I like to browse on TH-cam and see what other things I can do on the treadmill. My highest speed has been 8. Love the combo. Can I be your friend and let's work out together?, lol. Keep inspiring. 😊😊😊😊😊😊❤️🍕

    30 second rest might not be enough for your heart to go back to resting rate. A longer rest period is better for weight lost. Your heart then has to work harder

      i’ve been doing a workout that’s 30 seconds of intense sprints and 90 second rest and i’ve seen good results after a few weeks

    I ran track. It's good to see a good running form, when people pick up there knees and extend there legs when pushing off the ball of the feet. It makes running a lot more comfortable. O and your joints will thank you. Lol. Keep working hard.👍
