Mr Rogers was a true class act, and a wonderfully generous gentleman. He gave many up and coming artists advice and phone calls that changed their careers, and he will be missed greatly.
Whoo man.. It rocks to see you keeping his songs alive... The best of the best.... He was a hottie.. Even as a 70 plus your old..... He is so missed...
So sad. Kenny actually just passed away last night. He was 81 years old. I grew up listening to this man. He was my mom's favorite country singer as well as being one of mine. You should really check out his songs "The Gambler" and "Islands in the Stream". The 2nd was a duet with Dolly Parton. Such an incredible voice. R.I.P Kenny.
Oh Billy why did you have to do this song, it was my mom's favorite song, she cried with it and for some reason I didn't listen to it for years... You made me cry... It is a great song... Thanks, it is a great memory and I loved to hear it once again and put it back in the memory box.
Just heard he passed away today... so sad. Edit: he released this song in 1980, which means that he was only 41 (tops) in this video. Not so old, really.
I have loved Kenny from way back! My adult children absolutely know every single word of his songs! Islands in the Stream He & Dolly is my all time favorite!
Kenny, like all the great vocalists, have the ability to make you believe every word they are singing in a beautifully written song. A true timeless classic
R.I.P. Kenny Rogers....we lost a genuine treasure last night. 😢 Thankfully we have videos such as this one to remember & enjoy his unmistakable voice & talent!
Kenny Rogers is one of my favorites I have grown up listening to him with my mom. We finally got to see him in concert in 2018 for his farewell tour I surprised her with tickets for her birthday and it was one of the best days of our lives. My mom would joke before he passed that if he came along she would leave my dad in a heartbeat for him. And neither me or my dad would have blamed her one bit for that lol. Rest easy Kenny 💕
This man was hot to our Gma's, Mama's, us, and now our young ladies. Ive not met a woman yet that hasn't had a crush on him, or his sultry voice. He will forever, and always be a very sexy man(looks, and voice). Sad day when he passed.

Two LEGENDS made this powerful song happen;
Legendary songwriter; Lionel Richie
Legendary singer; Kenny Rogers.
Through The Years will make you cry. He sings from the heart.
Kenny one of the greatest!!
R.I.P. Kenny Rogers...that sexy granddaddy with the gorgeous golden voice. They don't come along like that very often, and we just lost a legend.
But when they do come along, treasure the songs they give us.
Two great artists have created something epic and beautiful
