Wait wasn’t this a story? There was a kid that got kidnapped and kept singing a song about God and the kidnappers found it so annoying they took him back home! God is good!

This in fact made me think of that incident.
There was a book I read about a Christian woman. A psychopath entered her house and tried to kill her, they kept struggling and he kept chasing her all over her apartmentand grabbed a knife. and I believe that’s this is a long time ago like maybe 90s or something. Then she starts praying and asking the lord for help then she mentions Jesus and the serial killer stops and looks confused, he asks where the kitchen is cos he needs water. Then she points at the kitchen and he goes on after that he tried to grab her again and they struggle and tussle till he just calms down and stays for a while then leaves. After that she calls the cops, they arrive after a short amount of time, they ask if he touched anything or if there’s anything they could use to get his dna. The go to the kitchen and takes the cup where he drank water from. Jesus is good! It was Christ that urged him to become thirsty so they could apprehend him and he wouldn’t escape.

This happened to my sister. They ( the kidnappers) kicked her out because she kept talking about God and they felt as if they were under spiritual attack and they got nervous. They confronted her about it too before kicking her out

When my aunt was about 9 years old a man forced her into his car and took off. My aunt just started praying out loud. The man was telling at her to stop, but she kept praying. He pulled over and told her to get out of his car!💕🙏💖

My aunt actually was released by her kidnappers because she would not stop praying. The best part is she was praying for her kidnappers.

This happened to me around my 21 st birthday. I went out with a guy. Something came over him when we was driving. He was going fast forward to the median that split the roads. All could do was pray. By the grace of God we made it out safe. All of a sudden the guy disappears. I was then left alone. I had no way home. A guy pulls up and offers to give me a ride. I just kept talking. He said I can’t take you home. He said that he can only drop me off at eat n park. He drops me off at eat n park and an eat n park worker called me a cab to go home. Prayer got me home safely. Prayer has always been the answer for me.

I remember reading a story where a woman had newly been saved and someone had grabbed her with very bad intent. And she didn't remember the whole verse about God protecting us under His wing but she remembered the word "wings" and started yelling it- "WINGS WINGS WINGS!!!" and the attacker ran away- he didn't harm her. So even one word from Scripture can make evil flee!!

I literally did this once before😂... it wasn't a kidnap, but it was a forceful situation... my aim was genuinely to Witness to the guy, but he was so guilt tripped by the end of it that he just let me go.

This kinda happened to my mom.
When she was in university she was at this party, and she didn't really knew anyone. When it was time to left, this guy offered her a ride, and my mom accepted it cause she didn't had any other way to ho home. In the car my mom was really nervous to be with this guy she didn't knew so she started talking about Jesus and christianity. The guy got really annoyed so he left her in her house and just left.

Loved the skit So me. I've talked my self out 2 rape attempts and a police beatdown. On the ground praising and talking to God had them disoriented. All praises to God. That mouthpiece can be a beautiful thing if used rightly.
This is a good reminder for me. My first instinct would be to destroy them before they could destroy me, but God knows what He's doing. The attacker/kidnapper is unknown to me, but not to God. He loves them the same as He loves me, and has commanded me to share in that love with them. These days it's so easy to attack back, seeing "the other" as an enemy, especially when so much of this life can just stoke your anger. Sometimes it can be really hard to love people.
