    The hardest part is dealing with a passive aggressive manager. Trust me.😊

    I think the biggest thing that makes you a target is having a reputation for saying the truth

      Maaaannn this is a great comment and definitely should've been on the list!! This right here is... a... fact.... good call out! Crazy but definitely have seen this many times as well!

    The worst thing is being the top worker on a consistent basis for just shy of 2 years and your manager (new) tells you how you're their favorite person and how they feel lucky to have someone like me on the team because I'm that one person they can depend on just to find out they choose a new hire for a back up pa position and completely pushed me to the side! Since then I've been very short tempered with my manager, I no longer give my all on my team, truthfully I do whatever i want when I want. I purposely avoid and ignore my manager and I put in a transfer but I have not told her and will not. It's sad how we used to get along so well but now I think she's a piece of shit and everything that comes out her mouth is bullshit

      I definitely hear you on that and sad to say that's not uncommon in the workplace I've delt with that but sometimes its just another challenge we have to overcome, even though its unfair and wrong gotta keep moving and not let bitterness set in. But I hope you continue to elevate and get the position your shooting for you got this! Shake it off, put your chin back up and keep going. Rooting for you.

    All true, even if you are not an Amazon warehouse worker and work in a corporate environment it all applies.

      @S.B.  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      That’s a fact! Not gonna lie I think it’s worse in a corporate environment forsure IMO.

    It's not just managers. Having a bad PA can break you too. I'm lucky, I have great managers right now.

      Make Amazon work for you. My advice is to be trained in a critical role. When I transferred from the Delivery Station to an IXD FC building I had to learn the job role like a new employee. I was constantly getting labor shared to do waterspider at the dock. My onboarding Learning Ambassador advice I sign up for a critical role. I am now Ambassador for my department and Problem Solve and love both roles because it's more computer work and learning new skills. No more waterspider thank GOD.

    Thank you for your wise advice. Unfortunately I have witnessed first hand 2 AA lose their job. One of them was my friend who got a Final write-up and was on the verge of a nervous breakdown. The other AA resigned after working for the company several yrs. The situation could have been avoided if the two Associates had created boundaries while they hung out together but unfortunately due to misunderstandings, accusations, and gossip they are both left without a job.

    I wound up getting 4 write ups in 6 months. Two productivity and two TOT. Productivity was when I was trying to go to school but managers kept accomadations for it a secret from me (I asked 4 AMs including my own). My first TOT write up the AM lied about the TOT they had on hand. My fourth a problem solver reset my session as a joke 25 TIMES and AM got to me 5 mins before end of shift. I hate my AMs and I made them know that when one tried to be a smarty pants with me. "Your team screwed me bad and tried to set me up for failure here!" were my words to him. Write ups have since dropped off and I have a better relationship with the AM team but I won't ever forget that.

    As a PG for fluid on ship dock, i try protecting my loaders from write ups. Best part is that i have permission on Slack and sometimes i let the hard workers know, aye you're a target lol. I am upset that i feel targeted too because they pick me as a PG but yet get rejected for PA position. Did the interview and everything. I became a PG at start of Peak so it was hard on ship dock. I worked extra hard but got rejected and somebody else end up getting the PA position that's in charge of water spiders under the Mezz. So now i stop trying hard like i did. I feel like im being tested and used.

    At my old job, which was Kroger. In 2016, we had a manager, she had an bad attitude and she wasn't very nice to be around either. All of sudden, she was trying to get of certain employees and department managers. Every time we try to tell corporate managers about her attitude and mismanagement of the place. They weren't hearing none of it

    Bro today was my first day with dsp. It was with a ride along trainee which was also a manager/dispatch. She started my training day by saying that she has RBF. I asked her if she was OK and if it was something that was going to get me sick or if I needed to keep a eye on her through the day. She told me no and that RBF is resting bitch face. She then told me that she wasn't going to help me at all during the training because her arm hurt. I knew right then I was in trouble. Instead of her training me properly she nit picked me all day. My route was a nursery route and I was the last one back at the hub. On our drive back to the hub she told me that I should look for another job. The reason for that is because she found out that I wasn't going to be disrespected and bullied by her and the dispatch. She kept telling me all day that I signed papers with my dsp company that says they can treat me anyway the want. I told her that I want print outs of all the papers I signed. Needless to say "Fuck Amazon". I caught them in some bullshit trying to bully people and I got fired my first day because I stand up for myself and they don't like that.
