Congrats on your 5 years L4! I started as a seasonal Pick in an FC . I wanted to move up. I decided to never say "no" to anything they offered to show me. I became a Ambassador. Also a PG. They offered to let me learn how to run the flow desk at the command center which I felt honored. I worked on as many projects as I could building my Amazon stories. I am now a Tier 3 Learning Trainer and want to become a Tier 4 Learning Coordinator. Amazon is a place where you can really grow and I have not had that experience in other jobs. I'm so proud of you! Continue to inspire AA's to greatness. Be well and God bless!

The 6 month raises that doesn't happen anymore raises are capped at the 3 year mark unless corporate reevaluates whether to increase the pay for fc associates past the 3 year mark. The only other way you get more money is by getting promoted. Congrats on getting L4 I've been doing this 7 years now can't even get an interview for PA

@S.B. it seems my building perfers to put people in the pa and management roles that don't know the job or company policy the way I do just yesterday I had to correct my area manager on company policy regarding productivity I honestly think I'm in the wrong building for this company
