Im happy to see Battlemech again. It had a bit of spotlight at the start of the year just after the patch, but i haven't seen it for what feels like a few months now. Inonly wish he'd worked in Speed Banshees too, then it would've been perfect.
Really? It's been used a whole lot in various tournaments. Probably not casted here in Lowko's channel, but battlemech is on the rise since the patch, not hiding the last few months as you put it. Even Byun and Clem are using battlemech in some games.

@@cyberkekosis ah, theres a difference between killing any bio unit with 2-3 ghosts on a channeled ability that can be canceled pretty easily, on a race that requires it ( because it’d be literally impossible to stop something like mass broodlord / corrupter / investor) otherwise, or lurkers corrupter where the moment libs get close to lurkers they get shredded by corrupters, and giving Zerg, a race that has tools without the Insta kill and performs very well in tournaments, something that would decimate everything for free. If ghosts are so powerful, then why would adding something that is faster, does the job better, more safely, on more targets in the game, much more effectively be a good thing? Also Zerg has enough powerful spell casters dont you think?
@@ferallhamster970 if you overdo on flying "anti-everything" queens the opponent will just go full-on sky + mass low-tier ground units so these queen insta-kills become kinda lame and all these queens will succumb to a million marines + vikings and you don't have enough supporting force to actually do anything about it. if you don't overdo it's a couple destroyed thors but nothing all too crazy. can easily be offset by making this switch rather expensive and long so it doesn't mean any imbalance.

Thanks to MULE, I spend less resources on SCV and only have 1 type of mechanic shield-up, so there is a lot of resource benefit Blizzard have to block the Battle Cruiser for 5 seconds from using the Yamato Cannon and Tactical Jump LIBERATOR & Ghost Sniper so OOOOOOPPPPPP. On the other hand, Protoss & Zerg need to invest more in ground and air defense upgrades respectively Even Zerg & Protoss' defense towers cannot recover resources, but Terran has another resource benefit with the bunker recovery function In terms of resources, Protoss & Zerg are at a huge disadvantage overall The zerg is still garbage INFESTOR skill Deleted but Ghost skill always non Deleted!!!!WTH! Zerg units are expensive to upgrade and take a long time to complete The tech building is also expensive, but you have to invest 50 more minerals called drones there and pay 50 minerals again to produce the lost drone Are the zerg a cheap tribe? Thing with the new Korean reaper opener -- I do NOT like it when the add-ons are exposed. Personally, I would never used it in that spawn position. Then again, I'd never play as a filthy Terran anyways. The Swarm is legion.
I like game one from cure. Despite late 3rd CC terran can maintain as long as they don't take too much damage. Meanwhile, zerg is on a shopping spree and runs out of money.
1:35 300 min, throw down a spines, 1 on each base. it will heavily limit the efficiency of 4 reapers and under, it will completely shot down 1 reaper and with queen it shots down 2-4 reapers easy mode. and his spending extra min so can you.. stop being lazy with your static when you are being harassed so hard; I mean if you see double oracle you don't wait with putting down 2+ spores, if you see 4+ opracles you put down 2+ spores on each base, maybe even 3+ ^^ so why when you see double barrack and mass reaper don't you put down 1+ spine in each base, if you see 5+ reapers add 1 more spine on each base, 2 spines 2 shot a reaper, so they die fast. if he adds 3 more add +1 spines up to like 3 ish then your army should automatically have gained size and his putting so much resource into reapers that auto countered by same resources of spines that work perfectly against later harass so why not take the free gift and get some "free early spines??"
5:13 as you mention it will also prevent you from needing to overeract stupidly, just throw down 3 more spines, that 6 spine defending with 3 queens, you barely even need ling support, only for hunting the fleeing. and after split them out in the bases, you remember those mid late game 1-2 medic drop 8-16 marines, well having 2 base spines heavily slows that, and if it is throw 2 more you got 4 which shuts down double medi drop even triple cant unload reasonably fast enough

No only was that all nonsense, it makes it sound like there was only one game 😂 Just FYI in game 2 Roaches are part of the comp needed to counter it - they were not hard countered. A late scout and/or failure to scout the 4th gas basically meant the game was over, as Solar didn't have not enough time to tech to Infestors and/or balance his eco & larva for army.
It feels like that 3 reapers opener got popular thanks to Byun's success with it. Problem is, no one has Byun's reaper control

so it's okay for you to have Ghosts able to snipe literally any bio unit but it's not okay if Zerg has the ability
