Dude...I remember back in 2018 when I got into SCII match watching Serral. I just got out of a relationship, my job sucked, I was broke AF...but Lowko's Intro would always crack a smile on my beat up self. You may be annoying, you may have some ADHD moments and forget to cast properly, but man, you are one of the BEST out there. You bring SCII to us commoners, and make it FUN AF.

Honestly i didnt know who this new guy was that kept welcoming me back "to another high-level match of Starcraft Twoooo" but now that i know his "name is Lookwo!", ill have to give it a thumbs up!
I'm not even a massive fan of SC2 (tbh) but I do really enjoy his pace and upbeat (sing song) attitude during these replays.

I love seeing that many infestors. I think a few infestors are dangerous and a dozen are not much more, but 20 are enough to guarantee tons of damage and neural half an army. Plus you don’t get more resource efficient than spellcasters.

I enjoy hearing you critique yourself as you cast these. I'm sure you know what imposter syndrome is. It's an interesting and entertaining psychological experience........when it's someone else. Here's the one thing I can say about your game calling that may boost you up a bit today ...........Every time I try to watch someone else call a match, I get so irritated within a few minutes ( I don't bother trying to "power through") that I realize just how good you are at this. You are the standard.

even though I am a terran fanboy, I have to say that ghosts have to be nerf ; its just too versatile.
I think the EMP should be put on an other unit (either a brand new or like the ravens).
If so, terrans would will have the tool to deal with zerg, but would need to vary their unit composition, rather than going... welp ghost + smthing.
Only if Fungal Growth gets nerfed as well. Infestors are similarly overstacked.
@@Josh-99 ghosts are literally a one hit kill spam with some good extras mixed in. It's incredibly unbalanced and I personally can't believe its been allowed this whole time.

Too bad GuMiho didn't get like 2 tanks and a few nukes. That could have either forced Dark to engage sooner or lost Dark the base.

Since Lowko is such a zerg fan, maybe you should consider casting some of the ZvZs from this tournament, for example Dark vs Solar is very good.

Its crazy. Zerg has to use infestor viper perfectly or you are doomed And you have to build your army to counter their army no matter what they build.

As interesting as these high skill matches are, i'd really want to see some good old bronze heroes or other viewer submitted absolute off the wall tactic games again.

I dunno, whenever I watch Zerg win it always seems like they have all the answers... Untis respawning at full hp, spellcasters galore and huuuge runby potential....
i dont think anyone other than dark/serral can micro 24+ infestors and 4 vipers while dodging thors and vikings with a broodlord army... but i agree. high skill ceiling due to some fantastic casters, but if you're not fantastic at using them, theyre not that great.
Lowko i love you, but why do you keeo downplaying late game zerg? Broodlord/Infestor/Vipor is still a terrifying late game that absolutely mops Ghost/Thor if they make one mistake (As seen with Dark in this series). Fungal in particular can hit so many Ghosts, even when cloaked.
But based on your commentary, you make it seem like Zerg has no counter to Ghosts and its unbeatable.
At the highest levels, you may be somewhat right. But that kind of Zerg army is slow and incredibly difficult to control with so many spellcasters, and you have to worry about energy management. Plus a lot of the spells require extra units; fungaling a group of ghosts or abducting a Thor is practically useless unless you've got support units to kill it quickly. Since so few Zerg units shoot up, a group of Vikings will wreck your BLs quickly. It's not nearly as easy as you make it out to be.

Yeah no this just lost my viewership. The terran outplayed the zerg 2 to 1 the entire game and the zerg just cheeses the end with caster units for free. The terran has no chance even if they have equivalently sized armies. You cant outplay shit that disables all your units, utter waste of time watching this.
