Honestly, this makes so much sense! I hate meal prepping because it makes you have to eat a certain meal, but this allows you to wake up and choose whatever meal you’d like within the ingredients and that is so much better
YES!!! I love this! It may sound silly but, could you possibly show how you stack it in your frig? Sometimes when I do this things get "lost" in the frig.

It’s so frustrating sometimes to try and figure out what to eat! I’m new on this journey starting over because I didn’t feel like I was getting the proper nutrients. But I felt sluggish so now I’m giving it another try. I did try your tahini dressing and it was good. I didn’t have all the ingredients but it was still good
I think you’re right. I got a set of snap ware (love it) and just having diced onions, bell peppers, legumes, just ready to go is way more convenient when cooking at home meals. Still love meal prep for work. Kale quinoa salad will never let me down.
