I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer at age 27 which is extremely rare for 1. Women & 2. my age… i qualified for a whipple and got it and i’ve been cancer free for 2 years. I have researched endlessly about what causes pancreatic cancer because i was the first ever in my family with it. Noone could give me answers no doctor nothing but, after so much research i have realized it is 100% because of the food!

I think a serious discussion of Vitamin D would be very helpful. A year or two ago, the New York Times had an article about the failure of vitamin D to show significant benefit in RCTs. And of course, the Endocrine Society recently recommended that doctors not even test for it! This suggests that there is a serious scientific debate going on about this and it would be valuable to hear a balanced discussion about it.

Skinny doesn't necessarily equate to healthy

@@annjames1837Exactly. Vegetarian isnt necessarily healthy either. Lacking vital nutrients isnt healthy. I am "skinny" and fit and I eat mostly meat/eggs and low carb.

Vegetarian makes people look weak. I know so many. It's okay long-term but eventually people start looking really old really quick with not much muscle. Beef and fruit and veggies is the way to go. I know this because I'm almost 50 and I'm 105 lb 5'2. I was vegetarian years ago and it made me look weak.
