There are turkey,necks, and chicken necks, but the ones G Rich is preparing are.pork, you can buy them smoked which most people use to cook beans or greens. But the fresh ones are good to make.soup, or I have parboiled them then barbeque them in the oven or grill. They are not that expensive, I usually keep some in my freezer, smoked or fresh.
