Tahniah finish👍. Jangan kecewa. Mcm saya tahun lepas pun 6jam 18 mcm tu. Sama juga start masuk duke kaki cramp . Tahun ni alhamdulillah takde issue. Banyak buat hill training dan kalau nak finish strong lagi try training long run buat negative splits. Bila dah biasa dgn negative splits kalau second half fm boleh push lagi tenaga.
Tahniah bang . Saya pun first marathon di KLSCM haritu. Alhamdulillah clocked 5.42H . But agak sedih sebab lebih 5.30H tapi for sure happy because its first time . Even selama ni run HM memang speed all the way. And FM memang banyak beza dia . Strategi kena cun. Saya awal sampai KM 28 dapat maintain pace 6.20-6.40 . Habis akleh terus kaki tak membantu terus drop pace . Apa pun next year will improve more . Comeback stronger bang 👋🏻

Salam Bro…apa2 pun firstly tahniah you finish the run. Rasanya u finish time better than last year kan? By 3 minit kan? Itu kira improvement tu …so tahniah juga. Based on saya punya experience lari full marathon, ni saya punya feedback to you bro to (insyaAllah) improve your finishing time: 1) salah satu factor is kasut; invest satu kasut untuk running event, yg ada carbon plate if possible (saya dulu invest Saucony Endorphin Pro 2. Untuk training/practice cari (invest) kasut lain, jika mampu. 2) Preparation for race day mmg penting (of course training weeks/months before the race, more important). Tapi kalau prektis berbulan-bulan pun, tapi race day anything can happen. Jadi untuk minimise perkara yg tidak diingini, mesti tidur awal, bangun 1.5 hrs before race start, makan pisang, solat tahajud+witir (if ada masa), minum segelas coconut juice/100 plus, buang air besar siap2 kalau dpt, prepare salt stick dlm pocket or pouch (at least 4-6 capsules), letak minyak panas sikit siap2 dekat paha & betis, bib tu letak maintain dlm sarung plastic they give (so to elak basah/koyak). Then baru leave the house/hotel. 3) Salt stick mesti kena ada during the race, ini mmg untuk minimise chances you cramp. Saya after reaching 21km & 30/32km, saya telan 2 biji at each km. IF masa berlari tu masih cramp dtg menyerang, u have no choice to cari minyak panas dekat water station from medic. Amik yg cream panas tu mmg berbaloi, sapu (seluk la tangan ke dalam seluar and sapu). Memang akan rasa panas, but memang akan reduce or make the cramp dissapear. Bila rasa panas dekat paha & betis, sure akan start lari instead of jalan😅. So itu akan reduce your walking time. 4) Once you pass 15km, then start to stop at each water station to sip some water (max 2 cups) - jgn banyak sangat sebab water stations banyak lagi kat depan. 5) The actual pacer runners are your good guide to target your finishing time. Always try to follow them as much as possible. 6) Dekat any uphill, try not to walk, but u still run, tapi langkah pendek. This will also reduce your walking time. Remember, every minutes counts in order to target your finishing time. I finish KLSCM 2023 at 5.36; KLSCM 2024 (this year) I finish at 5.24. Not much an improvement but still it was my PB. When target a time, in my opinion, tak blh ambitious sangat. In my opinion, 1 hour different target is too ambitious. Saya suggest you target 6 hours dulu for your next FM. Akhir kata, saya salute you bro sebab hold camera tu all the way…kalau saya mental dah bawa benda tu 😄. Dont give up bro…saya rasa you can do better in your next FM! Good luck!

Banyak point tak ok yang saya setuju 20:27 , contoh baju. Kembalikan big brands mcm brooks/adidas. Kalau kualiti kain pressio sedap, design cantik xpe jugak. Event price semakin mahal. This year tak join. Btw rindu suasana last 500m
Pressio yg diorg jual masa repc tu kain sedap. Wife ada beli. Tp mcm last year pun, quality kain baju finisher mcm baju kt uptown je. Kalo diorg amik voltra or spin pn da ok. Both baju ni pun sedap gak.

1) salah satu factor is kasut; invest satu kasut untuk running event, yg ada carbon plate if possible (saya dulu invest Saucony Endorphin Pro 2. Untuk training/practice cari (invest) kasut lain, jika mampu.
2) Preparation for race day mmg penting (of course training weeks/months before the race, more important). Tapi kalau prektis berbulan-bulan pun, tapi race day anything can happen. Jadi untuk minimise perkara yg tidak diingini, mesti tidur awal, bangun 1.5 hrs before race start, makan pisang, solat tahajud+witir (if ada masa), minum segelas coconut juice/100 plus, buang air besar siap2 kalau dpt, prepare salt stick dlm pocket or pouch (at least 4-6 capsules), letak minyak panas sikit siap2 dekat paha & betis, bib tu letak maintain dlm sarung plastic they give (so to elak basah/koyak). Then baru leave the house/hotel.
3) Salt stick mesti kena ada during the race, ini mmg untuk minimise chances you cramp. Saya after reaching 21km & 30/32km, saya telan 2 biji at each km. IF masa berlari tu masih cramp dtg menyerang, u have no choice to cari minyak panas dekat water station from medic. Amik yg cream panas tu mmg berbaloi, sapu (seluk la tangan ke dalam seluar and sapu). Memang akan rasa panas, but memang akan reduce or make the cramp dissapear. Bila rasa panas dekat paha & betis, sure akan start lari instead of jalan😅. So itu akan reduce your walking time.
4) Once you pass 15km, then start to stop at each water station to sip some water (max 2 cups) - jgn banyak sangat sebab water stations banyak lagi kat depan.
5) The actual pacer runners are your good guide to target your finishing time. Always try to follow them as much as possible.
6) Dekat any uphill, try not to walk, but u still run, tapi langkah pendek. This will also reduce your walking time. Remember, every minutes counts in order to target your finishing time.
I finish KLSCM 2023 at 5.36; KLSCM 2024 (this year) I finish at 5.24. Not much an improvement but still it was my PB. When target a time, in my opinion, tak blh ambitious sangat. In my opinion, 1 hour different target is too ambitious. Saya suggest you target 6 hours dulu for your next FM.
