As far as the emergency brake lever being in the center and a pull handle , has saved me a accident in the snow one day going to work I started to slide down the hill and put on the brakes made the truck slide and wanted to spin around and applying the e brake a little bit and then it straightened out the truck and I was good , just like a big truck and trailer will do this used the trailer brakes to slow down on a steep hill that has snow on it I’m talking about two or three inches of snow . I had to do this technique a few times in my Jeep Liberty
New subscriber here! Thank you for your honest review. Me and the wife just got a gladiator Willy’s a few weeks ago and we love it! The only problem is we argue with who gets to drive it 😂 Will probably end up buying another so both of us have one😊
Well done honest review! I wanted to get one but the dealership didn’t have the gator green. You could really tell how you love having the gladiator! Jeep on and happy trails.
Great video! I have a very sneaky back window leak that I only discovered after lifting the backseat after a rainstorm. Just something to look out for. Mine is a 2020 with 35k miles.
I actually had my rear window fail.. I made a video on that too. They removed the window and replaced the seal Broke a peice of trim but replaced everything All warranty but was still a pain to deal with…
Hopefully they order you a new glass (they did for me) cause I guess the glass almost always breaks upon removal Mine was replaced by a glass shop (dealership set all that up) Does not leak now tho!!:)
Nice. Glad you’re loving it. There are after-market solid storage panels to replace the nets that you can get. I’ll be at year 2 this July and loving mine. 46K miles on mine.
I use my door nets all the time. 3yr old 2022 Gladiator Rubicon. Bought it in November 2019 as the 2020 model. The nets go back to form even after 3 years of use. I use them daily, but once they are empty and after a day or so, they are back to normal with no bulges.
Gladiator is truly the best midsize now that 3rd gen taco is gone. The space inside is crazy, and it kept the V6, such a unique design too. Not like other trucks that all look same.
Get a set of metal pockets for a replacement on the nets! You need to have your dealers shop set your rpm up a little and it will stop the hesitation at stop signs, I named my keep glad “Lurch” after dealing with it for a month or two! Got it fixed so no more lurching!🎉
Thanks for your comment! When we first got the jeep in late 2020 they were kinda rare here, Now they are everywhere! I imagine they are rare in Europe due to import costs unfortunately. :)

A dead pedal is a must have as well and helps with comfort for long trips and as a foot support on trails. Love your truck- the Gobi color kills. I have the Mojave in Snazzberry - love, love, love the gladiator.
Not sure if you still own the Gladiator. You talked about the Gladiator not have the power you're wanting. Look into installing a product called Hikeit, it's a gas pedal controller. I've had it on my Jeep just after I bought it new in 2018 and still love having it.
Yes we still have and love it! Yes we need to get a pedal controller The jeep itself has plenty of power and gears! It’s just slow pedal response so that would definitely help :) thanks
@SteverGarage glad you still like your Gladiator. I have a 2018 JKU that's paid for with right at 60k miles. I love having it and it's still very reliable. I've looked into the Gladiator Mohave but they're just so expensive, can't justify spending $60k+ for a vehicle.
I agree with the color. We have a Gobi willys but with the soft top. Also has a manual, but I have driven a manual all my life so I can milk it pretty well regarding the gas mileage. I'm 6 4 and still am comfortable. This is my daily driver and enjoy not having to worry about scrapes and scratches etc. I just wish it had a V8, cmon jeep! Nice review!
Nice!! The manual is cool I normally drive a 98 wrangler manual. I would love to see how the manual feels on the truck I will have to test drive one sometime!
New to your channel, I just got myself a gladiator sport a few months ago. I am surprised at your fuil mileage as I get about 20.2 mpg in town and I am getting 27.6 mpg down the freeway. As for the silly door nets, Amazon sells a hard plastic pice that fits there instead of the net.
Congratulations on the new jeep! The fuel economy really depends on where your driving. We get a lot better on free way but through town it drops a lot. Additional the rubicon MT tires do not help hahah.
@@SteverGarage Just bought a white 2023 Mojave a couple of months ago with black cloth seats and the black top and no headliner. I really like it. I thought the roof would be hot but it's barely noticeable. A couple of other things. I've gotten into the habit of immediately turning off the auto stop/start as it was annoying. I have about 1,000 miles so far and am getting pretty bad mileage (12-13 mpg). The most surprising thing is how comfortable it rides and how easy it is to drive. I'm also a hunter and have taken it to the woods 4 or 5 times. It's been amazing on forest service roads and terrible logging roads. The stock tires have performed well. I'm not risking the brilliant Mojave suspension with a lift and big tires, etc. It's totally unnecessary for my use and I'm not looking to attract more attention. It's cool enough stock! LOL
