That was a very satisfying defeat, I'm glad that Tsukasa has turned back into a good guy and has reconciled with Senku.

His ideology wasn’t wrong, the corruption of society that brings poverty and suffering for younger generation being enslave to that sort of mentality needs to be broken
However doesn’t need to result of killing, but simply not reviving is good enough
obviously Senku exist to save whole humanity which leads to him to take the extreme course

I've always loved the parallels between Senku and Tsukasa
Senku doesn't really know how to react when people give him appreciation, so he always tries to look cold and rude with his language, but he has a deep love not only for science, but also for nature and humankind as a whole. And of course, towards his friends, too
Meanwhile, Tsukasa *wants* people to like him, which is why he's so nice with the ones on his side. But because of his background, he sees the world as rotten and is disgusted at the state humanity was before the stone world. And it was because of those extremist points of view that he ended up so lonely, because it scared people away

definitely my second favorite fight from the series(first is Senku vs Ibara) it was literally the combination of science and brute force

I think your underestimating how fatal a hole in your lung is
His lung was pierced, he was running on pure adrenaline at this point.
You could see, as the fight progresses, that Tsukasa started significantly slowing down
Having your lung pierce reduces your Stamina and potentially therefore your Power... but not your Strength.
Breaking a stick is ridiculously easy, and yet this man could do damage to a lion.
