Funny how people don't seem to get that the second point of the show is to show and grow all the side characters keeping us invested and interested in the series but the first point of the show always was and always will be that even if Saitama's opponent has literal God Mode on, they are destined to lose because he will always be beyond them in terms of raw power

In manga at one time garou was almost on par with saitama. But even so he couldn’t damage saitama. How the fuck someone can win against a character like him 😮💨.

It's like people look at the title of the show, read the title of the show but completely ignore the title of the show.
Then they watch Saitama wipe his backside with every single opponent without exception and go "OMG this one might do it" whenever a new villain is introduced.
In the manga, Garou literally becomes the god of the anime, and fights saitama and gives him a "proper fight" in his eyes. But then due to the fight occuring through the fabrics of time, Garou gets defeated but not by three punches, not two, not even one. But zero punches showing how saitama will and forever always will be the strongest mf alive.

Garou might be strong physically, but if his backstory amounts to being angsty towards heroes because he was picked on as a kid, he has the emotional strength of a wet noodle.
His goal is a bit stronger, but yeah this is pretty weak. The manga even touches on this a small bit with Garou saying himself he must have a weak mind.

He still lost hard. But Saitama learned one of his techniques at the end, without any trouble, showing, that Saitama could easily learn martial arts, if he ever bothered.

I was not even planning to watch this anime at first because I read description of this anime and it was written that One punch man finishes his opponent in one punch only 😂😂So I thought what is the fun in the anime when hero finishes every enemy in one punch 😂😂I made perception that this anime will be boring af 😂😂 But it actually turned out among one of the best ❤️

Watching the show, its pretty evident that Garou obtains the abilities of those he encounters. He's open minded, learned silver fangs martial art, he learned watchdog man's abilities after fighting him. He fought metal bat and after getting whipped by silver fang and his brother, seemed he picked up the spirit of metal bat that lets him grow stronger upon taking damage. Giving saitama a challenge will probably let him onto how saitama's power works. That'll make for a fair fight for saitama i'd think whenever that happens. I didn't read the manga so this is probably common knowledge lol

Pretty sure you've misunderstood the premise of the show. There are no formidable opponents for Saitama. He's literally unbeatable. His power is plot armor. He will only ever struggle or lose if it's funny.
Nah in the manga garou actually fights with saitama on even ground and I believe is the first thing shown to ever hurt him after becoming a super hero. Saitama had to become even stronger to win.
