  • **I damaged the OEM wheel because I didn't notice that there wasn't enough clearance between the OEM studs and the OEM wheel cavities** Its easy to avoid mistake and an easy fix to it as well. I just gave a couple good swings to back of the wheel/tire with a big sledge hammer to get it unstuck.
I made a mistake and carelessly damaged my OEM wheels in the process of installing my spacers. My wheels wouldn't come off my spacers because the studs threaded themselves into my wheel. Being my first time using spacers, I thought the spacer bonded itself to the wheel in the short time that I had them installed but I quickly found out that it wasn't the case after looking for solutions to get my wheel seperated from the spacer.

I did the exact same thing this morning! Is it safe to use the spacer even though the oem stud gets stuck like that? Or do I need to get different spacers?

Thanks! Im looking into a DIY intake since I dont want to buy one for $400 . I'm also looking for a good deal on a used K-tuner but thats something for next year since I cant spend much more on the car this year. I'll be at school for the summer so I'm hoping to get one maybe for September 2021 or next summer depending on if I can find something used on the market. Other than that, I wont be doing any performance upgrades until maybe the car breaks down in the far future and I can explore the possibility of an engine/transmission swap haha
