I belive this one to be an immediate post war home, 1949 to '53. I belive the last homeowners worked on remodels the whole time they occupied the house with whatever materials they could find, never finishing before they were bought out and then more than one squatter moved in. Thanks for the tour Ontario! 👍🤠 Notes: 2:44 Was a dishwasher, what someone tried to do with it I don't know. 7:42 Some may know I love the knotty pine tongue and groove paneling. 8:40 Appears to be a railing meant for horizontal use on the stairs. 11:06 Original floor and wall tile for this bath, a tip to the homes true age.
Looks like they were renovating at some point. Would have been a nice house. Nice details. I love the floor tile in the bathrooms. And the knotty pine paneling.
Urbex Ontario thanks for sharing this video with me i really enjoyed the replay of your live and the house was not that big inside and it was really old . and God Bless.
This was a beautiful home. I still see a ton of beautiful in there. It could be cleaned up and brought up to snuff, for the next family. Very nice building some men did there. Love the floor designs; floral wallpaper; French doors; gorgeous iron steps railing; large bathtub. WOW !
Great video! It's always nice to see canadian content.

I guessed the same build period, but probably no sooner than 1952. The dormers smack of that period, plus the 3-sided picture window in front.

You’re right this house is creepy looking! Cool video bro! ❤️🤘👍
Also the trim around the doors and the tile on the floor was very popular in the mid to earlier 30s
Interior brick walls and the look of those basement windows on the inside I would say it could even be as early as 1930 1935
The house interior (upstairs) seems much older than 1950's.
So sad it would have been a beautiful home in its day. Too bad someone didn't care for it.
😮👍👍👍👍👍👍
Once was a beauty. Too bad it is run down and being torn down. I too think was built in the forties.
ya its to bad its being demolished. it was built around 1950
Love this house!! Thank you!!❤❤
