Interior doors like my grandparents house, built in 1937, also in PA. Their old 50s Philco fridge ran from the 50s through the 80s before it was sold to a hunting camp. Same kind of wall sink, too. I hope nothing like this ever happens to our house. I would think practically all or most people in Venango County would know of this house. If you take Rt.11/15 to Harrisburg, right after and near the exit to Rt. 104, there are some abandoned houses I've always wondered about.
house appears to have been abandoned for about 54 years or 40 years. The roof is still solid. The house is solid. Old school materials and detailed, dependable craftmanship. Stands the test of time. Modern OSB and cheapo everything would not be standing. Bugs would have it.

That’s a croquet set and could be easily cleaned up and the ringer washer. My mother had one of those got rid of it recently and it’s 2025 a thing was still working like a horse.
The odd thing in the cellar is a cook top my mom would heat buckets of water to pour in the wringer washer .Back when you didn't have a hot water tank .

If I had the funds I'd buy this house and fix it up, doesn't look like it is in that bad of shape, didn't even notice any damage to ceilings from roof leaks.

That cast iron thing with all the levers/knobs in the basement was gas cook top. Set it on a counter or table and run gas line to it to cook on.

@@AL-jb1mh I noticed that. Usually, there’s water damage in some of the rooms in these old, dilapidated homes, if not all of them.
The yellow bedroom ceiling was starting to collapse a bit. Looked like water damage, but overall in very good shape for abandoned.
