NOT CRAZY about this place at all!!!! The only things that impressed me were the Bathrooms, and the Crown Molding. Wonder what happened to the Dealers, if they're still alive!!!! SOOOOOO MANY want a MILLIONAIRE' S "LIFESTYLE" WITHOUT PUTTING IN THE WORK!!!!

Je continue : un rideau devant la baignoire alors que déjà en 1970 il y avait des parois pour baignoire, c'est vraiment fait à bon marché.

Une maison sans sous-sol et sans étage avec du tapis au lieu du carrelage. De belles fenêtres mais le reste .....le parvis devant l'entrée est sombre et trop lourd pour une si petite maison, c'est ce qu'on appelle du "m'as-tu vu", des doubles moulures au plafond dans les pièces plutôt petites (un manque de goût). Vraiment il faut regarder sur internet comment on construit les maisons en Allemagne et les Américains sont étonnés et disent que c'est un château fait pour des siècles alors que c'est une simple maison

Abandonnée depuis 1 an et la maison se détériore déjà, c'est parce que c'est une maison américaine peu solide comme toutes aux USA, une maison européenne met plus de temps à s'abîmer.

People get old and don't have the money, interest, and the physical ability to keep things up. It just falls down all around them until the county forces them out of their home for their own safety.

It's too bad. You couldn't go to city records to find out where and who lived in these places and what they were from beginning to end. Cause obviously, it was home at 1 time turned into a business and have a little bit more information on it because obviously the city would have The information

It looks like some type of business for sure with all the exit signs and the floodlights. But for it to be opened again to some type of business they'd have to bring it app to code and it would cost way too much money. But it's a beautiful old building.

With the bars on the windows on the inside it kinda reminds me of an old mental Asylum.

A very beautiful home with so much character, style, and charm so very unlike most houses you see these days! I've never seen so much stain glass as there is in this house. I sure hope someone plans on remodeling this house and it not get torn down. Too much about this house looks like it's been redone or being redone, esp. the bathrooms, they look new because they are just too clean. That one bathroom looks to be in the middle of redoing. Some of the other rooms look that way too and freshly painted. Love your dog, such a beauty! Great video!

Sorry if this is a stupid question... but I'm really curious as to why a lot of these places are flooded in the basements.? Is it done intentionally or just with time? I used to think whoever took over the home did it so it would have tons of damage, so it would have to be torn down. See, you just said it as I was typing. Tearing it down. So sad, it would be gorgeous if it was rehabed or renovated.

Yeah, that STANDING WATER in the Basement was really GROSS!!!! And ALL OF THAT MOLD, CAN'T BE GOOD!!!! Hope you all wear MASKS!!!! Some of the Wallpaper is really PRETTY, and I LOVE that Golden Chair, but the ENTIRE HOME SHOULD BE DEMOLISHED!!!!

Think of all the money we've given to the Ukraine that could have been used to renovate and fix up this beautiful building

It might be that the house next door is the "new" house and they've just left the old one standing-the flooded basement is probably to blame for the mould and the roof kinda looked like it might have needed to be replaced-in not bad shape overall but failed / no evestrough are allowing the water in the soil right at the foundation and into the basement / or high water table!Quite a shame! Just a note wonder if anyone in the house next door saw y'all around that house-do you not have to get permission from the owner to do that sort of thing! I mean you were'nt really doing anything other than looking -you should really have had masks on mould spores probably were airborne and that isn't good! Weird lack of cobwebs some dust but interesting - i see some properties that I would like to explore /photograph and certainly see the allure of exploration but be safe! You should have had Mike Holmes or Brian Baumler with you!
