Your first mistake is coming home from work and playing sf6 for fun, this game is too stressful to be the kick back and relax game.
True. Mura should've realized the only thing to go home and do is be a family man.
Depends on what your doing. Playing w friends is way less stressful, it's pretty chill even if its competitive.

@@ryanq1687 I tried to get my friends into it but my group is more into shooters and rocket league and stuff, which everyone loves those games but I’ve loved street fighter since I was in diapers, but you’re right that’s way less stressful
For real. My desire to play after work is pretty low. A few hours on the weekends is fun though.

Guile literally blocks every attack its like the creators made a mistake and put a bug code on Guile

If you're going to spam the screen with booms you are 100% going to make sure simple drive options like parry are not on the menu. You will also want chip if they block it so this tends to be opponent in burnout only.
I watched this after being frustrated by nearly every Guile I have fought and got beat by one tonight 2-0. Then I quickly search TH-cam and find this video and decided to jump straight back on and give it a go. I forgot most things but I remembered to stay in medium range and look for opportunities. I am then matched with the same Guile shortly after going online again and I beat him 2-0 !😃 It was sorta close on a couple rounds IIRC, but overall, the match-up was far less frustrating and I got revenge 💪 Thankyou @MC MuraFGC 👍 I will subscribe in hopes of more great tips like this 🏆✌

I don't think guile jp is that bad of a matchup. Guile has to be the aggressor but he's not that bad at it.
same..I think od.S.Boom saves guile from JP's pressure and allow him to get back in JP's face.

Honestly, just learn to walk forward and parry.
Do that with patience and he's not scary as he was in older games...
Some characters and especially Zangief are just next to impossible to fight him and get close
My man said solving the guile problem like guile is a menace out here in this cfn war lol..There are literally 5 % guile players 🤷🏽♂️and more than half of them suck..
The other half that dnt suck are tough to deal with, especially if your character doesnt have anti projectile tools. I can beat guiles but it definitely feels like an uphill battle.
@@ryanq1687 and what character doesn’t have tools against projectiles?most of the cast has ways through them .And if they don’t ! There’s a reason why Perfect parry Drive rush exists.People have to start using the system mechanics .I main guile ! But as guile or any other character i play ,it’s super hard to find a really good guile player .When I play rank seeing guile is like seeing a unicorn.
@@kriscotd76 I meant character specific anti projectile tools like superman punch or spin knuckle. I get that u can perfect parry and buffer for a punish. But a good guile will vary the booms or mixup other things to mess up your timing like jump ins, pokes or throws. 100% if u tech every throw, block all his mix ups, AA his jumps in and perfect parry his booms u will win. U can also DI his booms. Ez in theory, hard in practice. U can always beat a guile but it's a 6-4 MU for guile for a reason. For the majority of the cast I mean

I'm playing zangief, and eventually had to initiate something and got countered with razor kick, ex razor kick every round.
Tried to bait it out or space so they wiff but they mastered the f*ck out of the range and wiff punishing just sitting there.

The thing is that guile might be annoying for some but all are annoying to guile players. I think you have the better end of the stick.
You need to play him against good people to see what I mean. Especially now that almost everyone skips neutral.

Guile players = noob players
How do people hate guile? He spams booms cause all his other moves are unsafe as hell… all of his conversions are off of lights. His game plan is predictable if you’re having that hard a time with his game plan you’re not good at the game he’s one of the characters with the least options.
Luke st.HP and HP Flash Knuckle are really good against Guile. I would even say that it is better than JP because with JP, you absolutely need Guile to play the fireball game to have the advantage. With Luke, Guile is screwed if he do a normal.
guile isn't OP. Just don't let him get a jump in on you. But his best pokes are non cancellable and are -4. It's your turn. His booms animation is only 4 frames shorter than other FB's so they're nothing special. And it's almost a guarantee the char you play has a move designed to avoid his booms. Whether it be a superman punch that goes over booms, a teleport, or a slide that goes under them...a special move that goes all the across the screen and through fireballs like Cammy, Lily or ryu's tatsu.
I think that alone and knowing that his pokes are super negative should help anyone know they can take their turn back against Guile a lot.
