Thanks for your videos on the Stelvio! They're the only really decent ones on TH-cam. We have a 2021 Stelvio Ti and living in Canada, I agree with your assessments entirely. Get a separate set of wheels and snow tires not just for the snow but also the extreme cold makes the all season compounds so hard that it can be tough to stop even on dry roads. Plus, we get an insurance discount because we run separate winter tires. I didn't drop the wheel size all the way to 18" but did drop it to 19" from the stock 20" wheels and put Pirelli Ice Zero tires on that work great. The Stelvio is a total champ in the snowy/icy/cold conditions up here. I'll definitely be switching out to the Michelin's from the Conti's when the time comes for the all season tires based on your previous video review. Thanks again!

I just bought a 2018 Stelvio. (We used to own the Giulia) we don't have snow, but it appears these tires are great. I took off my Conti's and installed Pirelli Scorpion's. Again, we don't have snow in Cali. Great videos, I watch them all.

I just bought these Michelin Pilot AS 4 to replace crappy Bridgestone EL440's on CX-30 turbo. We got hit with this same storm, pretty much first time out in snow this season with Micheline X-ICE SNOWs, what a wonderful tire in the slush/ice/snow.

this must be the only video on youtube of a regular stelvio (non Quadrifoglio) on snow! Thanks for sharing. I've just bought this car and haven't had a chance to test it. On all seasons you really give a pretty good idea of what the car can do on the snow.
Is that a phone holder you have in your cupholder? I've been looking for something like that with no luck!

Hi Phil, I owned a Stelvio for the last couple years very similar to yours and I had the continentals on and yes I agree they did not do that great in the bad weather. But the Stelvio all wheel drive system is awesome! I own a Maserati Ghibli now and I absolutely love it. But I do miss the Stelvio chassis and the practicality of it. I have been doing some thinking, next year I think I'm going to get into a Stelvio QV 😀. Love the videos Phil and stay safe👍😀

I have the 19 inch Perelli Verde all season they seem to be really good for soft snow but not too good on hard snowy ice not that any tire is good on ice but I think the traction control button you can’t shut off so it’s hard to spin the tires sometimes to get a little wheel spin and get a little momentum to melt the ice when you’re in a hole .
