How do I remove it on RF34H9960S4/AA? I removed 4 screws & it is lose on rear but front area is not budging, seems something is holding it at most left & right corners at front (in between it goes down with putty knife ... I don't want to force it and break it.

Is the last letter on this part number just a color code? I see several for different prices where it’s only the last letter that is different and tbh I don’t care about the paddle color if I can save $40 on the part. Thanks!

you can take the paddle off the old one and put it on the new one. just 4 little tabs
