    Thank you for all the information and inspiration. Really looking forward to the next video because I have a very similar setup and it would be helpful to find out where you found mold and how you mitigated it.

    Congratulations! You are the epitome of hard work pays off so well done.
    I’m very excited to hear about your experience with mold. You are the first person to mention it in the car dwelling community that I’ve come across at least. Thank you very much!

      Thank you! I appreciate your comment. It is very kind and thoughtful.
      I am presently working on my video on mold, because I think it is a very important topic. Like you, I haven't found anyone in the car living / camping world that has become aware of this issue and posted a video. I hope to have something posted this week. Thanks again for the message!

      @@livinginaprius I suggest covering every fabric surface as much as possible with dealer/detailing plastic. Amazon sells it. Usually it says "DEALER MUST REMOVE" Running the AC also dehumidifies the air even if you don't "need" it.

    when in an extreem change of temp' from outside to inside...you will get'''condensation''..this is the way mold gets a foothold....So..you have to find a way to ''dry out'' you van'/car...inbetween the paneling

    Lol ,I am also living in Prius and trying a startup.

    • @livinginaprius
      @livinginaprius  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That's great!
      It is hard to launch a startup, but it is definitely easier if you are living a low cost and simple lifestyle, so keeping your expenses as low as possible. That buys you time to build your business and realize your dreams... and time is more important than money in the early stages of a startup. It takes time to refine a business concept, build a solid business plan, and get funded.
      The modest lifestyle that you have chosen to live also shows everyone that you are "real" and dedicated to the success of your vision, and not just another wannabe "entrepreneur" who is living a "fake it till you make it" lifestyle. Your modesty and your struggle will also show those you meet (potential business partners and investors) that you are genuine and "real".
      My investors deeply respect the fact that I am sacrificing everything to make my vision for affordable housing a success. They also see that I am living a life dedicated to those ideals, and not just "talking the talk". They don't doubt my vision, because they see that I am genuine in my mission to help people find more affordable ways to live, because my lifestyle is proof.
      Good luck with all that you are doing, brother. Success is about having genuine ambitions, working hard, adapting to challenges, and never giving up. Keep fighting to make your dreams a reality! I look forward to hearing about your future success.

    Why didn't yiu save up while working..its ironic that you're in housing development but not in housing 😢

    • @livinginaprius
      @livinginaprius  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I did save up when I was doing apartment projects, which allowed me to take the last 5 years to work on creating a national apartment brand. I moved into my car to try a simpler lifestyle. It also allowed me to live in Silicon Valley without having to spend over $50,000 a year in rent. It is crazy expensive there, so living in my car was a great choice while learning how to do artificial intelligence development for my housing tech startup. However, I agree, it is ironic that I am a housing developer that has chosen to live in a car. LOL.
