I live in a development for 55+. No one ever gets taller or more agile after 55+. The ceilings are too tall/high, the cabinets are way too tall/high, (to change a simple lightbulb means hiring a handyman and a bill of $150; there are no meeting rooms, rare front porch, 75% have two stories; the place is non-functional for 55+. The next section is planned---complaints were placed to the developer. Thank you for building TO the CLIENT needs.
