This angry alien was created during my Twitch streams. This is a timelapse of most of the parts of the full workflow from sculpt in ZBrush to retopology and UVS in 3DS Max to texturing in Substance Painter.

Great work! Did you then bake the high poly detail to the low poly?

Is it possible to make a more in depth video on the tricks you used in substance painter to make it look as if it was hand painted?

Some parts are handpainted, the rest is mostly utilizing the texture bakes I got from the high poly. Maybe I can do a small tutorial on that some time!
